Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Okay y'all, I have been going to this Dunkin donuts off Dunn avenue for a year or so. Honestly I have had better experiences from other Dunkin Donuts across town. I can't always drive out to Roosevelt area to get my Dunkin fix. The staff seems as if they always have a problem with you using your app and just have a attitude for you ordering a larger order. I have a large family and so I spend money with them and the quality of food I get from them is trash. So when you try to call them to let the know what is wrong with the order. The phone line is going to be busy. "So you can't call back to let them know what's wrong with your order." The decaf ice coffee that I get from them is always too sweet. There was one incident that the coffee was undrinkable and I had to let the manager know that they could get sued behind someone's health because one of their workers can't control their emotions by putting too much sugar in someone's drink when they asked for a sugar alternative. They upgraded their establishment which looks great I can say happily but did not fully upgrade their staff. I wanted to upload a picture or a $26.00 order that I didn't mind waiting for as long as my food comes out correctly but they insist to stay at the window all for my sandwich that is $5.69 plus tax come out with mostly bread, an egg, and barely no bacon. It wouldn't let me upload any pictures due to denied permissions. I don't know what that's all about but okay. That's strange? So before going to this location think for a second to see if you have time to turn around and complain to get your order corrected or if you have enough time to go a little further to another Dunkin to start your day off right. I am so disappointed by this older short lady service! I come here every morning and afternoon when I get off of work I pay my money faithfully because this is my spot I love the other people who are very much sweet and respectful but on this specific day 7/21/23 at 317 pm was the worst day ever … nobody wanted me to have this old lady name so I will describe her she short chunky older looking with her hair in a bun in the back SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND AGRESSIVE ON THE INTERCOME let alone had the drive thru on hold up for 15 mins so I decided to go inside and this lady has been getting very smart out the mouth I ask her politely to be quite and leave me alone and that I wanted to have the other young Lady NAE help me out instead she kept on running her mouth and stepping up to the counter constantly arguing with me as another worker comes and he steps in front of her to keep her composer but she insisted to keep going .. this lady doesn’t deserve to work in this environment with her agressive mouth and attitude! I waited in the drive through well over 15 mins and received horrible customer service from the girl on the evening shift. She wears braids and glasses and typically wears a visor hat I believe. I frequent this location often because it’s close to home and work. My order was taken after waiting about 5 mins at the order box and another 10+ mins when I pulled up to the window. From what I saw there were two women working there. The lady that took my order continued to service people that came in after I pulled up to the window. When she finally comes to the window, she gives me my total and I asked her could I get a discount because I’ve waited so long. She was making me late for work at this point. She replied, “no we don’t do that. Do you want your order or not?” I said no because I don’t pay for poor customer service and drove off. I will no longer be patronizing this business because the customer service is terrible. I’m not giving my hard earned money to businesses that have people like that...
