I have never encountered such poor customer service in all my life! I live right around the corner from this location. I visit this location frequently just for their iced tea. When I stopped by there today on my way home, there were two employees on the premises. One was busting his butt waiting on the customers in the drive thru while the other was having a pow wow with her tween age looking daughter who was brought in by her grandmother. The employee kept reprimanding her all the while the child kept saying, "But, Mommy..." The male drive thru employee did his best to get over to me to take my order. As soon as I mentioned "little bit of sweet tea" he said he hasn't had time to brew some more. I told him it was okay because he was extremely busy, and that I'd wait. I no longer use the drive thru due to their inability to get my simple request for unsweetened tea with a little bit of sweet correct. I have to order it this way because their tea is entirely too sweet. The "mommy" clearly saw me standing there because she made eye contact with me. She rolled her eyes and turned around to keep carrying on with her daughter for well over 15 minutes. I maintained my composure until the employee decided to come back to work. She proceeded to greet and carry on a conversation with a customer who was at the drive thru. Unbelievable! She then came over to the counter where I had been standing for a while now. She just assumed the male employee was taking care of me. The Latino employee's mother was also in tow with the tween-Agee. She was tending to a toddler that was with the group who was wanting some milk. She told the child she needed to pay for it. The Latino employee looked right beyond me and asked her mother if that was all. Her mother looked down at the child to ask him if he wanted a donut. I was in total disbelief that the employee failed to acknowledge my presence. I finally spoke up for myself. She then asked me what I was waiting on. I told her the young man had to brew some tea. She asked him if it was ready, to which he stated it just needed to be sweetened. Her mother began her tirade toward me by asking if I need two employees to help me? I replied I've only had a1/2 an employee taking care of me since I walked in the door. She started hurling racial slurs at me saying all white people are b_________! Really?!?! Wow!!!! The Latino employee tried to make things right by saying she wouldn't charge me. That set her mother off again by asking me "Does that make you happy, b_________?" Again... Wow!!!! The Latino proceeds to assume that I was wanting all sweet tea. As I stood there and watched her fill up the cup, I waited for her to bring it to me. I then asked her if she'd like to take my order. Again, I am a frequent patron. Most of the employees know my usual request. She proceeded to fill my order while her mother kept up her tirade towards me. Never once did she tell her mother to stop. She handed me my tea and offered me a half-hearted apology. At first I had apathy toward her in regards to having to deal with an unruly child, but I keep replaying her glance towards me when our eyes met during her pow wow with her daughter and she didn't budge to get off that barstool to come over to help me, not to mention acknowledge the over-worked co-worker who was busting his butt! When our child was a tweenager I was a working parent. However, I was not allowed to (nor would have considered) airing our differences in the middle of my customer-service oriented workplace.
Unless this Latino is fired due to her lackadaisical attitude towards customers I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like this place & so far all employees have been very friendly. I never wait long, like NEVER. Service has been great. Im confused why this store always seems to be pretty empty. I've lived near here for years, yet i can't say I've EVER seen more than 2 cars in the drive thru at once & I've seen that maybe 2 times at most š¤·š¾āāļø. And that's with NO customers in the parking lot. I don't get it. It seems like a prime spot. I just hope they never go away. What I CAN say with 100% certainty is that their prices BEAT both Dutch bros & Starbucks. I don't know if anyone's tried Dunkins refreshers yet, but i HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying them. Only ONE thing i don't like is that so far, the last few times I came, i wanted to buy munchkins (my whole family's fav so I was hoping to buy enough for a family gathering) but they said they were out. Iwas also told on another occasion, they were out of one of only 3 flavors. I don't get why. Unless they just decided not to make for the day at the beginning of the closing crew shift? Because I don't believe for a single second they SOLD out of them, not at all. They don't make enough business, I can't stress how empty this store ALWAYS looks when im there & i drive pass them to go into the gas station near by, the dollar store, barber, grocery store to buy food, when using the atm, so I pass them out to to them directly or indirectly on a daily. (That's the reason for my 4 stars on "food.")Other than that, I love this Dunkin. I'd like to say it's my little secret Dunkin but People NEED to stop here & bring them business, i guarantee you won't have to wait. You'll have the fastest service of ALL Dunkins. I'd hate...
Ā Ā Ā Read more"Wish I could give 0 stars". Officially done with dunkin but mainly this dunkin. Every time I've gone lately the drinks are so insanely sweet that you can't drink them. I got a peppermint white chocolate mocha, didn't get whipped cream and the amount of sugar was insane that I dumped it out after 2 sips. Could not even drink it, AGAIN. Then we had ordered a dozen donuts, 9 Boston and 3 chocolate frosted. If we had known they were going to give away the donuts we had just ordered and was agreed to then I would have ordered something completely different because I only like the chocolate frosted (not too sweet). So we get to the window and we're told they just sold them all. We just say fine, 12 Boston cream because at least my kids will eat them and I'll just have to wait till lunch.then they come back and say some were just made with sprinkles and put them in the box without asking. ... I think we've caught on to the sweet thing. I didn't want sprinkles. Not only that, they lied the donuts were not just made, No way in hell, they were older than the Boston creams. What a waste of money. I would have just gotten my kids the donuts and saved the trouble. They didn't even give us that option considering they took our payment without even telling us what was going on. Terrible service. After reading all the reviews lately, won't be going back. Starbucks hasn't done me wrong like that and I'm good going to the grocery store just to get donuts. You won't be missed and it'd be great if yall could fix your wrongs with all the unhappy customers when it's...
