Ordered my usual of a large ice coffee with mocha swirl and a sausage, egg and cheese. Everything bagel with cream cheese on it. I always order my bagels extra toasted and asked them to put the cream cheese on the sandwich which normally is no problem however this station didn’t seem to want to do the cream cheese on the bagel which is fine I’m probably a weird order, when I first received the bag initially had no cream cheese on it so I made a U-turn and asked them to go ahead and fix that or just give me the cream cheese. After taking the sandwich apart with cream cheese on it I noticed that the bagel was not extra toasted so I asked him if they could remake it. A gentleman at the counter was wearing a bench hoodie at the time. Tall gentleman with long hair was very nice and very kind very understanding no problems with him at all. It was the shorter gentleman with the blonde hair that seem to have an issue with it so I asked them to remake the bagel and what it seems like they did was they just took my existing bagel apart through the cream cheese on it and then ran it in the oven till it was scalding hot so now I have a sandwich with hot cream cheese that I can’t eat, all they had to do was make everything bagel with cream cheese like they would normally do extra toast, the bagel and then add on the sausage patty, the egg and the cheese nothing difficult nothing out of the ordinary I would think but they didn’t do that and instead scorched my bagel and cook the cream cheese till it’s hot Zero out of 10 would not recommend...
Read moreWent to Dunkin on the 11th to get breakfast before hitting the road. Thinking it would be a quick trip. As we drove into the parking lot we noticed that the lights were off but there was a line at the drive thru. We got in line but there was an employee tell everyone that they are just opening and allow 15 minutes. Mind you it was around 6:40 and they were supposed to open at 5. Anyways we decide to park and wait outside a little while then go inside. We see that there was about 4-5 employees and cars in line and multiple online tickets one being ours. We decide to go inside so we can give them our names and they can makes our order since we are here. instead of them making the tickets in order seeing as how they are opening over an hour late some people might have left. So we go inside and wasn’t treated by the staff or even acknowledge. No one looked our way they were busy making drive thru orders. We stood there for five minutes before I decided to leave seeing as how they didn’t care that we were there. Very rude staff except the guy who politely asked for 15 when we first arrived. This is one of the worst Dunkin experiences ever. Also a young high school girl came in the same time as us and was acknowledged and spoke to her as if they knew her but didn’t say anything to us. We left with out any food or drinks. Very upsetting how drive thru was prioritized and the focus as if the lobby was empty. We called for a refund and was told we would have to come in store. Hopefully when we go back we are not...
Read moreI think we all know what to expect from DD as a brand. The food is generally bad. The coffee is generally okay, but that part depends on if it's prepared as ordered and this DD consistently forgets to add sweeter to my coffee. It's a bummer to drive away taking a sip and know immediately that they forgot again. This is 3 times in a row now.
Another gripe is the inside of this place is colder than my ex wife's side-eye. It is so frigid, so BITTERLY cold in there that it feels like an intentional move to deter people from hanging out inside. Seriously, it feels almost hostile.
Service also hasn't been great in my experience. I don't like to knock the staff of any place too bad because I don't know what goes on behind the counter, but I'll say they just don't seem very glad to be there or particularly eager to help. I get that this is essentially a fast food job and few really love that work, but I gotta mention it.
The good news is the location is quite clean. The deals from the app are decent. But if you want to have your coffee made correctly and drink it somewhere pleasant, Sippers is right next door. It's a better experience in basically every way. They even have a drive through. And really good muffins. And staff that seem to be having an alright time. And an ambiance that doesn't scream GTFO.
I kept trying the place because of the app deals, but I'm done. It's just not worth it with basically with every other option...
