Independent owned, GM'S play favorites, pay not there, manager's don't do their responsibility, they hire staff that limited fue to minors and the select sthat wants to work and hour's and training get no hour's even though they are hired on for full-time employment, do NOT believe anything that anyone tells you because they will talk trash and do completely opposite. The owner's are nice and respectful. However they need to step up.. But their no support . Until changes happens within company and they actually listen to customer's and staffing issues the over all stress not worth it. If you are promised ANYTHING raise, promotion, ect make sure you have in in writing, recorded something because you will be pushed around and told they working on it. Anyone can become shift leaders, manager's gms ect even if you never have experience, and just becase you have a title the pay and your duties will not match up with what that. If you have a family and littles get ready lose your family, if you honest, experience and work hard and go above and beyond expectations be prepared for gaslighting, not appreciated, hardship in every way possible.
