I visit this location today at 11:30 AM to get a two-piece of chicken and side. I said I wanted two drums instead of a drum in the thigh and the lady TYRA STATED THAT SHE CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE THIS REQUEST. I told her that the store manager Maggie had told me that she was going to honor it if I ever come back to this location because I stated I don’t eat thighs. I then proceeded to come inside and MAGGIE the store manager actually had a note from me previously visiting that location on November 15 2024 With my name in their book and I told her that the store manager will honor it could you give her a call? She said no then I need to call another Store and ask, do they honor if I could substitute two leg instead of a leg and a thigh in their promotion deals. The GM at university Boulevard say yes they will honor it and then spoke to Miss TYRA on the phone WHO said SHE WAS GOING TO HONORARY My request for two legs and not a leg and thigh but when I got off the phone the general manager at university Boulevard. TYRA REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER AND TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT FOR HER STORE MANAGER TO COME IN AND SHE WAS OFF THAT WHOLE DAY TODAY. She was Very rude nasty they was not clean inside the restaurant I think I seen her grab somebody money and then proceeded to start making food without gloves TYRA NEEDS TO BE COACH ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE . I am Individual that do not like thigh chicken as meat to eat. And If KFC has this type of employee working for them I won’t be back to this...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. --- placed an online order around 9:15, we go to pick it up and are told to go park by the bush.... & car after car goes through the line and then leaves... They came out to ask us our name on the order and then goes inside... and then brings out the food for the order behind us... keep in mind, at least 10 cars have now passed us with their food order.... a worker asks some young kid where our order is and he giggles and acts unprofessional... saying he doesn't know.... he doesn't know what we ordered and continues to act foolish and the worker who was leaving for the night told him to get inside and find our order.... time goes by and no order comes... another car goes by.... so my husband went inside... by this point.... they've closed by now.... waited by that bush for at least 30 minutes.... after demanding his food he grabs the bags and goes to the car and drives home.... they gave him nothing but boned meat -- when he ordered 4 peice chicken and 8 peice tenders...... The quality of the meat we did get, was not good. The crispness was soggy... --- I then got to pick the meat apart looking for white meat, for my children who were complaining that the meat has bones and veins and slimey stuff.... if you have picky kids... you'll know my struggle... this is...
Read moreCustomer service is important to me. And as such, getting your order right is paramount. Especially at the drive-thru. I've order through their drive through twice now and both times the order was wrong! First time, one of my sides wasn't in the bag. And most recently, just now in fact, one of my sides was not what I asked for! I don't know what kind of half-ass attitude people seem to have in this area but its all too common. First, no sense of urgency. It takes forever to get anything around here, seems like it doesn't matter where you go. And incompetence! No one seems to know how to do their job! OR they don't care. They don't expect you to check your order, and most of the time you don't, or at least you'd like to believe you don't need to...but they prove you wrong every other time you visit these places it seems. This time I was checking my order and the cashier insisted that every thing was there, so I got distracted and drove off. Found out later, I didn't get the right side....AGAIN!!!! What the hell is going on around here that these people can't get your order right half...
