9/8 update-So, the DOO made this terrible situation much better and I Will give them another try. DJ went above and beyond and I am totally enamored at the length this company went to for me. This is how customer service Should be!! A Great Big TY DJ for ur help and the sincere concern u showed me. ApoIogies accepted and I am forever grateful!!

I would give a 0 but 1 is the lowest avail. I am elderly, live alone & dont have fam or anyone to 'drive' me places. It makes life hard but 1 x a month when I get my disability ck, I get myself a treat-1st watch delivered. Baymeadows stopped so I went to ss bl. There was an issue w/the monterey club-there was no monterey (No cheese) and no club-bacon which makes it club! There was no avacado no mayo-just bread trky and a pc of tomato. I ordered that sandwich because I wanted the goodies. I called and the mgr-k-said because of my situation he would credit my card for that sandwich. 2 weeks later I sent an email to c/s concerning this. 2 people responded right away! they'll get back w/me soon-Nice. NOT-its been a full week and I STILL havent heard anything else from them and I've received NO credit. WOW. Can u say ignored and in the end 'dissed'!! I will get my monthly treat from somewhere else-there r So many places that deliver and if u join a delivery service, the prices arent that bad. I had rather pay a little more for the food quality and cust svc I, as someone who helps keep a company's doors open, deserve!! I am VERY disappointed! This was my 1st time trying this branch and this wb my last time ordering from 1st watch at all now. Apparently u Dont get what u pay for even if it has been going into 4 weeks now of trying to get a refund for 12.69 out of a 75.00 order because They screwed up!! this Is no longer about Money-its principle! I got 2 emails from 2 diff people the day I submitted my concerns that soon-whatever that means-someone would reach out. **update-So, after the email(3rd try to get someone's attn for real) I got a response. Wow. The issue is supposedly resolved as far as credit on my acct-he even went above what was needed. This doesnt change the Fact that it has taken this long to get a Real response. And this takes 5 working days to show up so is it real this time?? I heard that when on the phone w/mgr k 3 weeks ago. time will tell. Just imagine how many people say nothing or get tired & give up after a 2nd or 3rd attempt to get someone's attn. This was my list time trying regardless. Now its public time. oh I changed from a 1 to a 2 star because the food, when its right, is...

They deserve a million out of a ten. OMG best breakfast experience ever. The first thing, the way they serve water and coffee makes you feel VIP and special. You will feel that your experience with them is individual, important & personal. You have your own big glass bottle of fresh water and your own coffee pot. This is really rare and captured my attention. Wow for the taste, there is a mild soury taste in the omlet that made me feel the WOWs bouncing. The potatoes are crunchy and tasty. TAJ was my waitress. She is FANTASTIC, beautiful smile, an inviting face & super positive attitude. I loved the style of the place. Really, best breakfast experience ever.

The above is for my earlier visit a month ago. I've been to several locations, this location is the best in all measures. Today I've visited this location again, this time I brought my husband. Still they continue to amaze. This time Robbie was our waiter and he was awesome. The team in general is active & they know how to work very well with each other. Salted caramel donuts were perfect in taste though I think if they were placed in a white plate (instead of dark), the donuts will stand out as they need a contrasting color. I wonder what coffee they use, it is so delecious & hot, exactly as I like . The bottle of maple syrup was warm, awesome! The tacos & the Trifecta were perfect. I wanted some fruits on my waffle. Robbie made sure to bring me some. We experienced power surge & outage at their closing time. The way the team dealt with it was perfect. They were so mindful of peoples' time & commitments, & took the necessary appropriate measures while dealing with the situation. Me & my husband were not in hurry. We made sure to stay, pay & definitely to leave tip for the wonderful staff. You could hear Taj singing in the back while working on fixing the power outage, the white dynamic sounds in the back invited us to stay while having some energizing giggles. The staff have wonderful personalities and energetic spirits. This place is the best I went to in every sense of the word, and in all measures (cleanliness, WOW taste, politeness, respect, elite services, wonderful spontaneous atmosphere, & professionalism). They deserve the best. I love this place & the exceptional...

This place is atrocious. I went here two weekends ago with some friends for brunch, we waited 20 minutes longer than quoted and then got sat and our waiter (who made sure we knew had worked there for 3 years) rushed us, barely giving us time to think about our order or communicate with him. Barely stopped by our table so when he did we were rushing to add things like waters and condiments to our orders. Someone who has worked there 3 years should know how to balance a weekly brunch rush.

I went again the following weekend hoping for a better experience and it became MUCH worst. I took a friend here for brunch for her birthday and waited an additional 20 minutes once again (which I understand happens but it just adds to the irritations of this place), got sat right behind the host stand and our server came to our table literally 4 times in the 2 hours we were there. Never gave us straws, also rushed us with ordering after waiting for her return for 25-30 minutes. My friend and I ordered the same exact plate and yet I got the one we ordered and she got a different rendition of the plate. But we did not ask to switch the plate out considering how long it took for our server to take our order and come out with it in the first place, not to mention she was obviously either extremely busy or just forgot about us being she didn’t really even tend to our table. Was not going to risk waiting even longer to eat after waiting so long since the moment we arrived.

All in all, I NEVER write reviews but this kind of service is extremely unprofessional and has led me to never step foot in this place again. I have worked in the food industry for 4+ years and understand sometimes things happen but these two experiences are unacceptable. I hope you guys can get better management or...

Came here for brunch today and boy did i picked the wrong day to come when it was Mother’s Day 😩 wait was 35mins long oof. But anyways after we got over with the long wait we were sat in a small booth area, they had their mother day menu which was cute and spring menu which I always look forward to. Order their new spring drink the Pineapple Express which contain pineapple, orange , lime, agave , and coconut water with a mint rim around can say it was 8/10 the picture on the menu advertise a lime 🍋‍🟩 wedge or on top of the drink which I was looking forward to but nope understandable as well as it was busy but the agave and lime did over powered the drink name but it was a great drink overall. The work omelette was a solid 7.5/10 the ingredients that were in the omelette tasted burnt…. And wasn’t pleasant at all I thought it was maybe one or two burnt veggies but not the more I went further in the more it tasted burnt. Couldn’t finished it…. Server checked once which was when the food was dropped off and then a second to dropped off the check which was 15-20 mins later…. Didn’t get a whole hour of the brunch before the check was brought to me kinda felt rushed a bit I think I spend more time waiting for the table and waiting for the food than getting to eat it honestly lol. But overall learned my lesson on going at a busy occasion for brunch but I think it would have still been the same experience regardless.

This is quickly becoming my favorite breakfast spot. I've gone three separate times, each time at a different location of theirs. In my experience, even on busy weekend days the wait isn't super long; I've waited longer for less quality at IHOP. I think the longest I've waited with a group of about 6-8 was 20 mins. They have locations in different convenient neighborhoods around Jax, and every location looks different. Definitely not a cookie cutter one size fits all ambiance which is very cool. The staff has been friendly each time. They give you the check to be paid up front at the end of your meal, but I've never been rushed out the door, though the staff did look a bit frazzled on a busy day. Most importantly what keeps bringing me back is the awesome breakfast food. Though they do brunch as well, their pancakes are just too good to pass up. Giant pancakes bigger than your face, real bacon, hot chocolate with real whipped cream not squirted out of a can, fresh tasting fruit juices - and their smoothies/in-house juice mixes are very good. And reasonable pricing to keep you coming back. Really, it's all as good as it looks, give them a try!
