Juicebox — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I asked if they can substitute and the boy said yes but only fruit with fruit. I liked my fruit toppings, I wanted to substitute honey, coconut flakes, and currants with just banana slices in which he said he can’t. Really, asking to substitute 3 toppings for just one topping and not to equal the amount of 3 toppings. Was that to much to ask for?! So going by his logic, I then asked if I can substitute any of the three grain toppings I didn’t want for another grain type topping, and he said only for an extra charge! Just wow...substituting for extra charge okay. He didn’t even know what toppings to say to me I had to scavenge the menu in which there was no listing. So then I asked if I get a reduced price if I just didn’t want the 3 toppings at all in which he said they still charge full price. What a rip off and the bowl itself wasn’t that great, it was pretty watery. He put the bowl on the table without a word and left. I declined the receipt copy because I know I’ll never come back here....

My order was put in around 2:40pm. Went to pick up at 2:55pm and the lady states they are closing early today at 3pm. I asked how I should get my money back because the order had already been placed. She brings me a voided receipt. So why was my order voided at 2:51pm? Why was the doors closed before 3pm? Why was there nothing posted on the door or even online? Anytime I come to the Deerwood/southside location I seem to not get great service. I have ordered before on a few occasions and gotten a hot juice. Now ordered and didn’t even get my order. Voiding my order will take a few days to get my money back. Lady says, oh well you can come back tomorrow. I do not live near any of the JuiceBox locations. So when I put in an order I am driving out of my way to get it. Would have been nice to have had a phone call stating my order was being cancelled. San Marco location is a way better choice for...

I’ve frequented this place many times and I often bring friends and family members. Today I was extremely disappointed in the service provided. There were two young women working in the store and I was assisted by both. When I received my açaí bowl “the beach bowl”. It did not have all of the ingredients. I advised the young woman that it was missing my pineapple and mango. The mango I ordered as an extra ingredient. She proceeds to tell me it’s puréed in the açaí. I told her no I buy this weekly. She then asks the girl that took my order if I paid extra for the pineapple. I’m like it clearly says pineapple is included in this bowl. So she adds the pineapple “reluctantly” .
