The manager and staff at this location always make the dining experience a delight. Their smiles are contagious. Their comments are positive as is the newly designed dining room. The food is nothing short of pure delicious. It is always hot, the fries are served abundantly and seasoned well and accurately. Whether you order a sumptuous burger with so many toppings to choose you can spin or the kosher hot dog, you will enjoy your decision. I have visited numerous of these restaurants while traveling and this one stands out above the rest. Corporate should make this location a training restaurant. There are many out there that need to know the success regiments of this staff. I have seen some closed because they did not follow the the company quidelines as well as the Hodges Blvd store does. The music is never so loud that you can't converse. It is never so cold that your food goes cold before you can eat it. The dining room is always clean so you don't have to eat with piles of peanut shells. The rest rooms are always clean and and in good operation so you don't have to visit the adjacent stores to utilize their rest rooms. The windows are clean and not smeared. The bottom line is that this is an excellently managed Five Guys that sets the standards so high you will be disappointed when visiting some...
Read moreWent here for lunch, the place was pretty empty. Two other people dining in and one person waiting for a carry out. Three guys working inside, one on the grill, one on fries, and one had to come from the back to take my order. Placed my order quickly and waited roughly 15 minutes for my food. My burger was made incorrectly, the patty was way smaller than what I’m use to from 5Guys, and half of it was burnt and half of it was under cooked. This patty was the size a McDonald’s patty, seriously. The bun was soaked in what I assume is grease from the grill. The fries were soggy and didn’t taste fresh either. I’ve been eating 5Guys for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. The workers seemed more interested in cracking jokes with each other rather than paying attention and working. For example they placed the wrong order number on a dine in order and called the wrong number for at least 5 minutes before realizing they were calling the wrong number. I watched the worker take all the food out of the bag and place it in a new bag with the correct number. If you are wanting a good burger, do NOT go to this location especially during the week for lunch. I will drive a little further and go to the town center next time I want a...
Read moreIf you are someone who likes milkshakes, you have to try the Oreo pieces milkshake from here! I am not a big fan of milkshakes, but I tried it...it was SO good! I had my usual little bacon cheeseburger. My daughter ordered the regular cheeseburger. We also ordered a large fry, an Oreo pieces milkshake for each of us, and a vanilla milkshake for my grandson. The guy that took our order was really pleasant, with a great customer service personality! For those who have never been to a Five Guys before: the food is made to order, the large fry will feed at least 3 people (that enjoy lots of fries). They put them in a large cup, but they overflow into the bottom of the bag. It's a lot. They are made from fresh cut potatoes. Which means they are on the thicker side. I love them! The milkshake was the highlight of the meal as we had never tried one before. We will definitely order the milkshakes again! It is really thick, just a heads up. We did not have a long wait for our order. The restaurant was very clean. The other two employees who served us were equally professional and attentive. Even the ladies' restroom was clean (this is always a concern when taking a toddler to a public bathroom). Stop by and...
