I’m a sushi fan. I don’t know why,but raw fish and rice work for me. Along with all of the different sauces and toppings that the sushi chef can use , I just love it. If you have never been to this style restaurant this is how they do it. For lunch at this time it’s an all you can eat style menu at $13.95 for dinner it $18.95 or $24.95 if you choose the premium menu, My favorite on the entire menu for lunch or dinner is the BMW and I generally choose several orders of steamed vegetables and some grilled salmon. There is a selection of starters including soups ,salads. These folks hustle, so your selections will come out fast and they will keep bringing them as long as you keep ordering them. However, although I have never been charged a “Food Wasting Charge “, there is a notation at the bottom of the menu that indicates if you order a lot which you do not consume, there may be a fee for what they throw away. Interesting 🤨 , so keep that in mind. So if you’ve never tied it go give it a whirl.

I love the experience here and definitely love the sushi! 🍣 They have a no waste policy so you choose your food as you can eat it. This is so excellent to prevent waste, encourage healthy eating, and appreciate the process. The food is absolutely fantastic. The sashimi is excellent quality and their cuts are just perfect. ALL the sauces and dressings are good: not too sweet and very flavorful. The rolls are diverse and actually more unique than I expected. They give perfect portions for them and OMG their Wasabi is VERY VERY addicting. 🥢😅 I am a big fan of tempura vegetables and here they are very delicious! Not sure if it was supposed to come with Tempura sauce or not. We did not receive any. The green tea was good quality though not loose leaf. I was obsessed with their ginger dressing; it is just PERFECT! SO YUMMY! 😍 Due to the pandemic, they are currently short staffed. Even with this they were very rapid and accurate. Please be kind and patient to the staff during this time. ❤😊

Came here last Tuesday after an issue with a different restaurant I wanted to try was out of what I was only able to eat. They seated us right away. I didn't realize it was an all you can eat sushi spot when I got there. The lunch is all you can eat for only $14.95. They have small papers you write the number of the item you want to order and on the table they had placemats for the seats. I quickly filled mine up with what I wanted. I ordered miso soup, ginger salad, salmon and tuna nigiri, as well as a salmon roll, rainbow roll, and some others. The person I went with ordered beef fried rice, miso soup, and their own cooked sushi. I had to help them finish their miso since they didn't like it as well as one piece of their roll. They charge 50¢ a piece for unfinished food, so we made sure to eat everything. They were quick to bring everything out. I used the yum yum sauce for mine. I would definitely come here again for the price. The only thing I would add is yellowtail to the menu.

This is the WORST place I’ve ever eaten and I say that whole heartedly. Went for lunch with my husband and our 3 & 5 years old. Was told it was 10.99 for them and anything they did not eat would be an additional charge per piece. I’ve had better sushi at Publix and Sam’s Club. Crab Rangoon has almost NO filling, spring rolls are mushy with hardly any taste, the “steak” hibachi was leathery steak pieces about .5””-1” wide and .5” thick- I’ve had more tender beef jerky. The rolls have barely any filling but PLENTY of rice on the outside. The service is the icing on the cake. Rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of having contact with. They charged us $15 for my 5 years old with no explanation. He ate chicken and noodles and a shrimp tempura roll. He didn’t even have anything left over. We did not receive a refill. My 5 year old waited roughly 15 min for his first dish (noodles) so he asked for a piece of his sisters sushi. I gave him one and she scolded me!? We are paying for this regardless why does it matter if he has a piece!? The level or rudeness was seriously baffling. I am Asian myself so I know this isn’t a cultural difference. These people are plain rude. I should have left when we were seated and looking over the menu and she comes over to tell us how it works, my husband said “It’s our first time here” and she replies “I can tell”, like what do you gain from speaking to people like that!? The icing to the cake was when we paid our $60 bill for roughly 3 full mediocre rolls and the man who took our payment tells out “No tip!?”. Yes sir- no tip for treating my family and toddlers like scum. But to yell out to us as we are leaving “No tip!?” That… that was the best part. Here’s your tip- treat people with respect. Stop trying to get over in people. Stop lying about your menu prices. Stop hounding customers. Make better food. Take a course on customer service and satisfaction. And a tip for anyone looking to eat here- READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT LIES!!!! This many negative reviews 🚩...

I will never, ever return to this restaurant. Stopped here with a friend after a day at the beach since we both wanted sushi. After going in and being seated, my friend decided they weren't that hungry and they would wait to eat later. So I decided to go ahead and eat since we were there. The waitress staff treated me like I was criminal and acted like I was going to try and sneak my friend rolls. My first order, I ordered four rolls and they brought me two. My second order, I ordered 3 rolls, and they brought me "two" - I say "two" because it had less pieces than the first order. The third time, I ordered two rolls, they brought me four pieces... I'm not kidding. Four pieces of sushi. Right after finishing the four pieces, they brought me the check and just laid it on the table which sent a clear message that I had overstayed my welcome in their facility. Additionally, when I asked for a refill on my sweet tea, they filled it half full.

To add to insult, they charged me a gratuity of $4.95 and had the nerve to ask for a tip upon paying. Nowhere on the menu does it indicate you will be charged a gratuity, and Fuji 3 in Mandarin doesn't charge a gratuity either. Never in my life have I been charged a gratuity unless I was seated with a large party. This place has nothing special that warrants a mandatory gratuity - and I was a party of one.

I was also scolded by the waitress for not using the same order paper, even though Fuji 3 doesn't require you use the same one (in fact, they keep your paper when you submit the order).

Finally, the bathrooms had no toilet paper. Someone had wiped their a** on the brown hand-drying towels and simply threw it in the overflowing trash. It smelled horrendous in there.

Simply put, this place is a dump, the service sucks, and they treat you like your an inconvenience. I won't go back, and I recommend everyone try to find a better sushi place. There are plenty around...

My first experience eating at Fuji Sushi was not very professional or acceptable in the food industry, I have no complaints with the food.. it was as expected for what you can eat at a buffet for $19.99 you get what you pay for, on the other hand the service was horrible for example my bill came to the price of $23.91 after you factor in the price of the soda and sales tax but we decided on leaving a cash tip of $10 for the servers, we wrote $0 on the tip section of our receipts once we got our cards back, and before we had the chance to open our wallets and count our bills, a waitress rushes to the table and very loudly exclaimed “No No No, You can’t do this to me, I don’t get paid, I only make money from tips, you must leave a tip now!” and explained that I have to leave a tip and that she could take my receipt from me and help me fill out the tip section, and for about 2-3 minutes stood over my shoulder and waited for me to erase the $0 and write something and so I did, I wrote $1.00 on the receipt and left as quickly as possible, I felt pressured and feel as if I have been haggled and felt as if I couldn’t leave unless I wrote something. I was going to leave a cash tip of $10 but I ended up deciding to keep my change and after that experience I will not be going back to Fuji...
