I went to Petland with my daughter. 13740 Beach Blvd. We had a nice experience with the staff. People were friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a harness and collar for our puppy. Once I got home, I realized that I was charged $2 more than what's on the price tag. I've called several times and the lines just ring and then disconnect. Petland, you all need to do better!
