At this game stop they usually have some good games and the people that work there are also very helpful most of the time depending who's shift it is most of the people that work here also know stuff about games an can recommend good games to you but with any good store there are its down falls some employees are nasty and i think they don't want to sell you anything and just want to get payed at the end of the day and not do anything the employees that act like this honestly are very annoying. Also some times if you buy a used game it will be refurbished and you will not be tolled this is not good because refurbished games have been known to blow up in your consoles completely destroying the console and not letting you play the game. The way to tell if the game has ben refurbished is that it will have a silver ring sticker around the middle always ask before you get the game disk to see if it is refurbished but my problem is not that they give you refurbished games my problem is that they sell them to you under the guys of a used game not a used and refurbished game but not only this but the game also might not have any of the original content that came in the box heck it might not evan come in the box it was bought in new. This is my son’s FAVORITE Game stop in Jacksonville! The customer service is more than 5**! Each time we walk in we are greeted with a smile and a “what can I help you find today!?” The store is always clean, fully stocked and has a positive environment! Our favorite associate is Chandler! Chandler is truly the best! My son preordered Madden 20, but my family and I were attending a special military event at adventure landing, so I left the water park to pick up my son’s game. When I arrived in the store at 9:05 I realized my wallet was in my “beach bag.” I was freaking out, Chandler calmly said “I’ll stay open a little later for you, don’t worry. I was once a little boy too I know how much this means to him!” I was blown away at his generosity! He could have easily said I’m closing, I need to home, but he waited! Not many people in this world like working late, so for him to stay open even later just shows you why this is our favorite store! Wow! This store just lost my business. Looking for a new Xbox and I understand that there are non available but was hoping the store would take my name and number incase someone did not want it or does not pick up their pre-order. Three stores locally already told me ok and took my information. This store has three people working and the lady was just like no we don't have any and was about yo take my name down and the gentleman with the red beard was reluctant and said they would be waving their 24-48hr pickup policy for this and give them a week or more. The 2nd guy (looked like a rat) was so rude and nasty and just said no we will not be taking you name down and was just so rude. So I said "ok, I appreciate ya, and won't ever come back here." This store has lost my business and I urge others to drive the extra mile to the next locations to deal with people with 100% better customer service.
