I just ordered uber eats just now and this wasn’t the first time they’ve done this to me. The uber person just arrived there and they told him that they don’t do doordash or uber eats. And I told the uber person that I have ordered from there before so Im unsure why they would say that…and then he told me that the Owner just told him that someone else already pick it up after they just said they don’t do uber eats or door dash? The uber person is confused and Im confused cause how does that happen? I told him I didn’t received my order…do they not check the order before “just” giving it to a random person “if” what the owner said was true? The uber person apologized and told me he’s confused cause he didn’t get the order and I told him Ill just call customer service to cancel it and tell them what happen. I spoke to the uber customer service and they refunded me full amount and apologized for the incident but I told them this isn’t the only time this has happened and I wasn’t to happy about it. If you tell the uber person you don’t do uber eats nor doordash. You should take your business off the app so this incident doesn’t happen to any customers that’s ordering for delivery and it is very frustrating for the uber person and for the customers. Do better…please check the order before giving it to them to make sure your giving it to the correct delivery person. Be aware this may happen to you if you order...

I placed an order again today and I got a notice from Uber Eats telling me that my order had been cancel and the delivery driver was unable to delivery my order. So I thought the delivery driver cancelled on me so I’ll order again and hope another driver picks it up. I get a phone call from the business and it’s the owner yelling at me asking me why I had placed the same order if I had cancelled it the first time. I tried to explain to him that I did not cancel it on my end and I still wanted my order so I ordered it again hoping that another driver would pick it up. He basically told me that I was lying and that he wasn’t going to give the driver the order because if I cancel it again he wouldn’t make any money and he had a family to feed. He was accusing me of trying to steal his food! I could not believe it. I will never ever order...
Read moreMy family and I ordered through Doordash. When we got our order we were missing a whole plate of food. I had the crab and shrimp combo. The shrimp were mushy and tasted funny. The crabs were ok. They were seasoned but almost too salty. I don't believe the crabs were fresh. When I started eating them they meat was sticking to the shell. The fried fish was good, but the french fries weren't cooked properly in my opinion. They are over priced. When I called to let them know about the food I spoke with Josh. He asked us to come back up there. He said he would replace the shrimp. He assured me that the shrimp would be better but they weren't. Still the same old mushy funny tasting shrimp. Don't even feel like calling back up there and dealing with it. We won't be going back...
