I placed my original order online but was wondering why I couldn't order soup or chips because I had to make a second order for the soup and chips once I arrived to pick up my online order so as I was paying for the order I placed in the store, I asked the cashier why I couldn't order soup online. The cashier says, "Corporate runs online so you'll have to call corporate." I responded, "No, I don't have to call anyone." The sandwich maker next to the cashier, mouthed to me, "I'm sorry." She did that because the cashier was just rude. After I said, No ma'am I don't have to call anyone, she went and got the manager. None of that was necessary as I was just asking a question and bringing it to their attention that they are leaving money on the table. The manager stated that you can't order soup bc they don't have the same soup everyday and I told her that still makes zero sense because there are other restaurants that offer different items on different days and you can still order those items online. I didn't even raise the issue that you can't order chips online either because at that point I was just wasting breath that I may need on my deathbed to say something important. I love it when a company does not listen to its customers and allows me to keep money in my pocket. I ordered four sandwiches today, so you do the math. SMH....LOL! :-)

Read moreI called ahead to put in an order, and was placed on hold for 14 minutes. The line disconnected, and when I called back the girl who answered was pretty rude, and sounded frustrated about taking my order. I hung up as I was pulling into the parking lot because she was incapable of taking a phone order, and I could hear her complaining to another employee over the phone about my call instead of taking the order.
Of course I saw the same lady at the counter, the one with fake blue contacts and curly brown hair. She must have been in a terrible mood. I wanted capicola and turkey, and she tried to overcharge me for a 3 meat custom sub. "All the way, no lettuce" was difficult for her. The workers on the line were pleasant and made my sandwich PERFECT.
The location is a little strange to get in and out of, but I enjoy the food here - the service, not so much. I'll use the location on Blanding for...
Read moreService has fallen by the wayside, they can't seem to get orders correct. I generally try to work through such issues but 3 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong the last 5 visits. DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDERING at this location... they still wait for you to get there before starting and who knows they may randomly close which they do a lot. They are very testy when you want a refund for your order they did not make, when they were randomly closed during posted hours....Just left there and had to leave through porch cause they turned off sign and locked front door with ppl in there it was 1:15 pm on a Tuesday....... I was holding out hope that the new building was going to breath new life but I can't wait that long...ill be headed to jersey Mike's...
