Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Updating my review ... NBC continues to be nothing short of outstanding. The bundt cakes are incredibly delicious. When you enter, you are offered a small piece of the one of the cakes that can instantly hit any sweet craving. Options are many ... 12 bundtinis, a bundlet, 8" cake and 10" cake. I've bought them all for multiple reasons ... work, family and just because. My company uses them for social events that we have ... and it's very easy. I call them indicating what I need (normally in the $50-$100 range) and when I need to pick it up and neatly packed and ready to go. If you haven't visited this store or their store on San Jose Blvd, you are really missing and exceptional sweet treat.

Wanted to update my review from when NBC first opened. The bundt cakes remain my most favorite sweet treat. They are amazingly tasty and a great way to win over friends, family and co-workers. There are places that I visit that I bring bundt cakes with me ... after one tasting, I'm told that when I come back ... don't forget the bundt cake. If you haven't tried NBC yet, I encourage you to do so ... and they have free samples in the store ... walk in and give one a try. You'll be hooked as my family, friends and I are.

Bundt cakes are outstanding. I have had five different flavors and each was terrific. The cake was moist and delicious. The frosting was exceptional. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. And they always have samples that are free to try. I was a dedicated cake and butter cream guy, but no more ... Jax' Nothing Bundt Cakes is number 1 in my book and not to be missed. Please open...

My spouse bought my birthday cake from this location for the past two years. It’s always delicious carrot cake, but this year, my spouse requested light icing. He thought it would be regular icing because the website only offered “light or extra icing.”

When I arrived to pick up the cake, I didn’t recognize it because I’m used to regular icing. I pointed it out, and the manager and staff were so nice that they fixed the problem for me since it was my birthday. However, when I got home with the cake, my family and I cut into it and noticed it wasn’t carrot cake at all.

I know how carrot cake tastes from this establishment because I’ve been getting it every year, and it always tastes the same. I think I received pumpkin spice. I know how pumpkin spice tastes because I’ve ordered it in the past during limited editions.

We also noticed that the cake wasn’t as moist as usual. It was very stiff and hard to cut, even after thawing it out for a few hours. The cake tasted very spiced, which is not how the typical carrot cake tastes.

I was hesitant to call the store after they were so nice to me with the icing issue, but I just had to point this out because it wasn’t the flavor my family and I were expecting on a celebration. The manager informed me that it was nothing they could do, and I assume it was due to the inconvenience.

I ended up throwing half of the cake away and purchasing a carrot cake from Publix since that was the flavor I was...

I saw a picture of a Bundt Wedding Cake on Pinterest and reached out to the Beach BLVD location regarding their business. They were very helpful turning the picture into a gorgeous reality and working with myself to ensure we had everything we needed for our big day. On our wedding weekend my nephew picked up my order and delivered it to the venue because our location was too far for delivery. With all the wedding festivities we didn't notice that we were short on our order but the business did. The store manager called the day of the wedding letting us know she would drive the 2 dozen bundtinis we were missing to our location. Her kindness, responsiveness, and integrity were very impressive! Today we used their location again to purchase 2 dozen bundtinis for our daughter's birthday & the staff was just as wonderful!
