EXIT 1 Stop Realty — Local services in Jacksonville

Purchased property from one of their agents. Per their listing provided, it clearly states "Mobile Home Allowed". So we applied for the permits to clear the land for the Mobile Home it was denied. Why because the property is protected Wetland. So listing info was deceiving. They have Errors and Omissions insurance and can file a claim so that we can recoup what we loss. But Walter Collins the owner said no. As a Real Estate professional selling properties in that area, the responsibility falls upon them to disclose any and all things associated with risks in the area. They should have done their due diligence especially since that area is known to have wetland. I would not use this place for such an important transaction of selling or purchasing a home or property, seens like only care about getting the sale done...

It makes a difference who you go with and especially when it comes to a home, the right agent is paramount. I was in the market for my first home and am so glad I went with Exit 1 Stop Realty. The service I received was nothing but excellence. Tonya was amazing and was truly by my side. She worked tirelessly even extremely late nights doing research for me, providing information, just even seeing how I was feeling, and more. I don't think there was one day we did not talk. If I didn't know any better I would've thought I was her only client. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and very personable. I would not even give this company 1 star. They are scam. My loan was denied within the 10 days after I got in contract with the seller and I tried to pull back my security deposit which I suppose to get back in full. They tried all excuses to keep my deposit. After many phone calls, they agreed to give me half of my deposit back, and after more phone calls they gave me $2000 back out of my $3500 deposit. They are really scam. I talked to the broker, she was extremely rude and said she was actually doing me a favor of giving me back part of deposit.
