As a driver, to try and pick up a delivery from this place is a nightmare. Probably some of the most unprofessional employees Iâve ever dealt with. They intentionally serve walkâin customers first and make delivery drivers wait on purpose. Iâve been in situations where I drive to the restaurant, check in with them immediately, they acknowledge they have the order, then I wait like 15 minutes while they help customers, then youâll see a new customer walk in the door and they will make their way all through the line, get the order made, pay and leave and the driver is still waiting. They do it all the time. Iâve seen them do it to other drivers and Iâve seen them do it to customers who order online and pickup as well. Then, when you call them out on it, they go on the defensive about it. Itâs like dude donât insult me further by lying or arguing with me, you know what youâre doing.
Itâs to the point now where I avoid this restaurant now. Even if the order pays really good and the delivery is really close, Iâll turn it down. Itâs not worth the time. Between driving to the restaurant, waiting and then delivering, you wrap up 45 minutes minimum of your time. Itâs ridiculous. They need to change the name from Panda Express and just call it Panda. There isnât anything âexpressâ about this place.
In comparison, Five Guys is nearby, they make all food to order. They are LIGHT YEARS faster than Panda Express and their food is pre-made....
   Read moreI want to start of first by saying I'm a loyal customer that goes here at least once a week. Never have I ever been talked to the way "Joise" talked to me tonight. I walked to the register to where Joise came up to me and said what is it? First off that is not how you approach a customer. While I'm holding the receipt in my hand . I have a code for a free entree. She then told me I could not use ! I ordered not one but 2 plates and was told I couldn't use my code. The receipt says "Bring this receipt to a Panda Express to RECEIVE a free entree item with a PURCHASE of a Plate." I ORDERED 2PLATES! I asked to speak with a manager which I was told no. I said okay I'll take this is upper management, she replied back with Go for it, my names Joise by the way. Talk about RUDE! I was never rude to her nor did I present it in a rude manner. I'm giving it a 1 star due to customer service. She needs to be addressed about this situation from her managers. Because this is her Job to make sure the customers are taking care of not talked to the way she did. The food is always good but I would highly recommend going to another location with better...
   Read moreTonightâs (8/5/19) service was pathetic, my family will not be returning. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered 3 bigger plates and had to wait over 40 minutes for teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. To make matters worse, they didnât give me the 3rd item on the last bigger plate. I guess for Chinese food, weâll just support the local Wok n Roll across the street in the Publix shopping center.
The guy working the beginning of the line was overwhelmed with the line getting longer and food needing prepping to fulfill orders by the two cooks. The other lady, was standing not doing much other than waiting at the chicken teriyaki station for more chicken to be ready and chopped the chicken to fulfill a ton of back orders extremely slow, avoiding eye contact with all customers. The cashier was so lost, she asked me 3 times what I ordered.
I overheard from 2 different customers that their online order wasnât processed so they also had to wait, and a 3rd customerâs phone order wasnât âreceivedâ. So if youâre trying to cut your wait time, go elsewhere. No point in ordering...
