Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Just went to get a peach pie blended Red Bull infusion and the barista made it wrong. It was a different color and taste. I even went back to ask nicely if they would fix the drink and showed them a picture of what the app shows the drink as, even though I know it was wrong because I’ve had it several times before. But the barista was hostile and told me I was wrong and didn’t even look at the picture. She ended up making me pay for another drink, even though all she had to do was remake it. I’d get it a little more if there was a rush, but the line was dead. The drink is $10 and I had to spend $20 for them to get it right the second time. It was crazy that the second time they made it, the drink was exactly how I have always gotten it and was so different from the first drink they made. I believe they made the first without any syrups in the cold foam and in the drink. Very disheartening and won’t go back to the beach blvd location again. I cannot believe the hostility and the way I was treated. I hope no one else gets...

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, period. The old woman working the window was unbelievably hostile and ugly towards my friends and I after they incorrectly made one of our drinks and forced us to pay for a new one to remake it.

Before hearing us out as to why it was wrong, we were immediately gaslit and yelled at saying that it was made exactly how they always do, nothing was wrong, and just because we don’t like it, doesn’t mean they should remake it. The drink was made wrong, they left out the syrups, and it was even a different color than it was supposed to be.

Once it was remade, it was perfect. There was no line and could have been an easy fix. All of us ordering are baristas ourselves and we wound never treat anyone this way.

Such an insane experience, we were just raving at our friends and family to go because of how great the service and Item was at the Orange Park location. Your customers should be treated better, save your money and...

Been to this location when they 1st opened and a few more times after that. I like this little coffee shop and their catch phrase after you order "scoot on down" lol. The batista are always nice, happy, and full of energy. This morning I tried their hot Caramelicious latte, the cinnamon toast crunch blender and the bacon gouda omelet bites that had caramelized onions. The drinks were very good! However, I didn't like the omelet bites. You would think it was packed with flavor, but it was not lol. All I could taste was onions and egg. This establishment had a line, but was quick to get it down. This is a drive thru coffee shop like Ellianos, so no need to get out of your car, which I like.
