Horrible customer service!!!! If I could score the place a 0 star I would. I went to this location over the weekend to have something printed for a project for my friend's birthday. I got home and the dimensions weren't right, so I had to go back today (1 day later). It was an honest mistake, but when I got there today, the girl tending the counter left me standing in her incredibly long line for almost 45 minutes only to tell me she didn't know how to print my project. When I asked if there was someone else who could help, she said "no." Then, I asked to speak to the manager. When Steve (the manager) came to assist, he just looked at me and said, I don't know how to print this. I explained this the second time I had to come in and I don't have time to come in again before my friend's birthday. I said "the guy who assisted me over the weekend had it printed in less than 30 seconds. So, what does he know, that you guys don't?" Steve responded "Apparently, a lot more than us" and sent me on my way. Now, the project is unfinished and not ready for my friend's birthday. I really try to support my local businesses, but I will now get all future projects completed...

I’ve been coming to this OfficeMax, almost since it was opened years and years ago and I am sad to say I am just leaving a review now.

I have always been met with friendly, helpful staff, and 100% of the time when I walk in with a small job, they do it right then and there and have me out, in about 6 to 7 minutes.

So today when I was downtown, trying to take care of some business in Building & Zoning and I needed some printing did I went to the closest shop downtown as a matter fact I want to several.

And I was raised if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all, so I’m not gonna mention the names of the other three.BIG BIG box stores that do copying commercially, but not for me today I was met with no no no no no.

So I knew in my heart on the way home from work at 7 o’clock after everybody else is cut off for the day and won’t take any more jobs, and I knew if I walked into the counter, I’d be met with a smile and the answer “No Problem” to my request.

I took a poster here to be laminated. It was in perfect condition, and I had placed it in a poster tube for protection. Within 30 seconds of handing the poster to the employee, Crystal, she hit it against the counter and damaged it. She then tried to “flatten” the crease by rubbing it with her finger, but did not acknowledge her actions to me at all. After a minute or two, I said something about the damage. She rolled her eyes and gave a very sarcastic and insincere apology, while continuing to further damage the poster by holding it so firmly. The poster now has multiple dents and creases from the way she held and carried it. She told me multiple time that she care about the damage because, in her opinion, “it’s not even really damaged”. If I could give zero stars, I would. Crystal is belligerent, arrogant, rude, inconsiderate, and does not care about the customers products.
