TL; DR: Great tasting pizza, well cooked ( no burnt edges), and for a good price. Can't wait to bring family and friends to try it out.

Found this place from a random Instagram add. Looked like good pizza and it was close by, so I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered the 1 topping pizza and soda combo. Got a pepperoni pizza and a Pepsi, they accept cash or cards. I always get a pepperoni pizza at a new pizza place because if they screw that up, it's not worth going back to. The pizza is personal size, and about 12 inches and it was absolutely delicious. I spoke to the owner and son afterwards and all their ingredients for their flour and sauce are imported from Italy. They got plans to expand and do more things but want to ensure the pizza is phenomenal and takes off.

Now, on to the pizza! The dough by itself tastes fantastic. It had a fantastic flavor, good pocket formation from the yeast expansion, and cooked well with no burnt edges or burnt bottom, but cooked thoroughly enough to enjoy a NY hold ( slight bend in slice but center doesn't drop down and drop topping). Honestly, I hope they serve garlic knots with this dough and good garlicky butter.... Would be over the top delicious. The sauce was a perfect pairing. Not overly acidic but with a slight hint of sweetness to the sauce. It complimented the dough very well. Excellent coverage on the sauce, went all the way up to the edges but not over. The cheese mix was fantastic, stringy but not too stringy that the cheese never breaks. Fantastic taste, maybe a mix of mozzarella and parmigiana regianno. Pepperoni was evenly distributed on top of the pizza. They added a great additional flavor profile without overpowering the entire flavor of the pizza. Cheese coverage was excellent as well, again up to the crust but not over it. The cheese broke off well so I didn't have all my cheese slide off the slice. They have a white pizza, so can't wait to go back and try it out.

They offered me a free cannoli. They don't make their own shells but they do make their own filling. They are mini cannolis, so only about 2 inches. Great for a light after pizza dessert. The filling was rich and flavorful.

Pizza bus sits in a gravel lot and they have 3 picnic tables under tents, with lights for seating. No alcohol served as of this posting.

Great little find in the west side of Jax. Looking forward to bringing friends and family...

So, I'll start off by saying that they are really nice and chill people. But after my recent stop by I feel played. My first time as a newcomer I went and tried out their "18 dollar pizza special" that comes with the pizza, drink, and dessert. When I took it home and rode with it, I was happy at first. Then, when I got home and saw how the pizza looked, tasted, and how burnt it was I became upset. My boyfriend gave me clarity told me to never go back again! He hated the pizza, I didn't like the taste of, and it was so bad I didn't even want to share it with one of our housemates. I felt totally ripped off because to make someone pay $25.41 for a burnt pizza with only six slices, a small icee, and a canned sprite is nuts! I passed up so many places just to come and be disappointed. You know most people would judge anybody that does law legal services and tries a new field, but I was non-judgemental. I was also open to the idea of dad and son broker duo doing a food side hustle. But I'm not now. Only thing I want is an apology because it's not ok to do wrong by people and lie. Lesson learned, point taken, and...

Wow wow WOW! This Jersey girl is impressed. I can’t believe this place is right around the corner from us. My husband and I tried their pizza for dinner tonight and I am truly blown away. The pizza was fresh and you can tell it’s made with high quality ingredients. I am definitely a snob with pizza because I grew up going into NYC and Philly often and this is truly phenomenal pizza. Truly a hidden gem and I am so glad we finally tried it! I highly recommend if you are looking for incredible pizza that is authentic and delicious this is the spot!

I also loved they have specials that include a drink and Italian ice! We will definitely be trying that soon. Thank you for an incredible...

Great addition to Jacksonville and the community! Phillip and Aiden are extremely nice and a lovely father and son duo. You can really taste the care that they put into their crust, which is fundamental to their pizzas. The bus is one of the most unique pizzerias I've ever visited and it was impeccably clean. This is a great little place to share a pie and, if they're not too busy, they might just give you a wonderful little tour. The ambrosia they offer is something you won't find anywhere else and I recommend the experience as one of the more interesting stops in Jacksonville.
