The best random, last minute discovery last week during the hurricane shut downs. I didn't plan to stop in First Coast Cookies only because I didn't know it existed yet. When I hopped on yelp in a new area of Jax to search local tea shops, this cookie place popped up. Cookies and bubble tea... all in one?! When I tell you I practically ran here before they closed at 7pm, I wasn't kidding. The decor once you step inside is so fun! So much detail went into designing this cute shop. The tables are sparkly with glitter resin on top, the cookie counter has faux icing dripping down the side, the entire interior is beautifully decorated in vivid color from top to bottom - literally, the ceiling has a rainbow on it. Not to mention the extra decor they added for Halloween which of course won me over even more since that is my absolute favorite holiday. Before I even tried anything, the amount of detail this place had won me over instantly. I ordered a bubble tea and two big cookies to take home with me. A peanut butter, and a snickerdoodle cookie, plus their current special bubble tea they had advertised on a dry erase board behind the cash register. It sounded delicious so I just went with that one. There were fresh strawberry chunks in my drink! I loved that. Give me all the naturally flavored fruit drinks plz - no powdered tea. The popping boba they paired with my strawberry drink went perfectly. Next time I will ask if there is a possible chance to lowering the sugar a smidge before ordering a tea. It was overly sweet so I did not finish the whole thing, but the flavor of the tea was so fresh. Not a big deal to me at all, I'd happily order another on my next visit. I tried the cookies after dinner and I loved both selections. The service when ordering was amazing. I told the staff it was my first visit and they walked me through what they offer and had some tasty recommendations to give. They even gave me a free sample cookie to try! Please give this local cookie & boba tea shop a try if you have not already. Bring your kids, bring the fam, significant other, it's such a fun place to share.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here 1-3 times a week for about a year, and we will never go anywhere else! The cookies are cooked perfectly, best texture, best taste, and the price is super reasonable. We get boba from here at LEAST once a week, it is the absolute best. I’ve been to countless boba shops but nothing has ever come close to First Coast Cookies. I love Tina, she is the absolute best and sweetest, my girlfriend got me a cookie cake for my birthday and I had mentioned that I liked snickerdoodle in the past but I ended up getting the chocolate chip cookie cake and she threw in a snickerdoodle cookie with a little note for my birthday! Just so sweet and made me feel so seen and apart of this little family at this establishment. I love the owner too she’s so sweet! All the staff are great I just don’t know any of there names, but everyone is so sweet, checks in on you, makes sure you are set with your boba and cookies! I recommend this place to any and everyone! I love this little cookie/boba family my girlfriend and I feel so welcomed to come to all the time! Thank you First Coast Cookies! (Peep some photos of my girlfriend and I and a friend I’ve recommended First Cost to!)

I'm a native but only remember seeing this place when the Landing was open. I went to the store in Regency Mall and purchased 1/2 pound of cookies. I got the white chocolate strawberry, chocolate chip pecan, fudge pecan and confetti. After one bite I couldn't believe cookies that tasted so nasty were "famous". I would have been better off buying cookies from McDonald's at this point. I let a couple of my coworkers try and they confirmed the cookies had a weird taste. I took the cookies back, got a refund and drove to the San Juan location after work. Now HERE, this confirmed the hype and what cookies should taste like. The gooey, buttery, fresh taste of cookies that simply melt in your mouth. They're like Krispy Kreme, you'll eat an entire dozen before you realize it. The cookies are amazing and the staff is wonderful. The store was clean, nice decor, an all around great atmosphere. Thankfully, I have a gym membership because I'll always come back. Side note: no photos because I started eating them immediately Update: Of course another visit lol What does happiness look like ? It's in the bag, Get you some !!!

As someone whose been to multiple different countries and states. These are some of the best cookies I've had. Not sure why people say they are just average in the comments. To many natives of Jacksonville have 0 clue what they are talking about.

These cookies are phenomenal compared to the 10 countries and 42 different u.s states I've been to. The 4 stars is for the variety of individual available cookie flavors.

The boba not so much personally. I feel it needs to have a sweetener level from 0% to 100%. Its more on the bland side, the flavor is there but the sweet is not. Some people like real sweet boba and others like it not sweet at all.

The issue i had more than anything was one of the men behind the register making boba. While everyone was working hard he was bouncing around joking around instead of taking customer orders and the women making the cookies were looking at him as if he still thought it was high school playing games inside a professional place of business.

---cookies get 5 stars. ---Boba gets 4 stars. ---5 stars for the women that were there and are down to business and did not hesitate to get the job done. ---3 stars for a couple of the males working there whom seemed to not have the idea of customer service and wanting to turn a profit to enhance and further the business. Customer service makes or breaks businesses.

As someone whose first job was in the food/wait staff industry which is nothing but customer service...for me it plays a top priority in returning to a business or not.

However as the cookies are fantastic and i can buy them based on weight...i am...

we always passed by this place and always forget to actually stop by but Friday I saw it again and I was determined to not end the day without going here. My husband and I went around 6:30pm, they have plenty of parking spots with the car that was already there. The front of the store was soooo cute! it was decorated for Easter! it has flowers and some peeps on it! then when we enter, it was more better! you will see the cookies! and their specialty cookies that they make. We ended up getting the the assorted cookies (48 cookies total) since we are hosting a dinner the next day we wanted everyone to try it. They have a few choices of cookies to pick, but we picked snickerdoodle, strawberry and cream (my favorite!), peanut butter, regular chocolate chip, chocolate with pecan and it was so good even the next day! they are soft and just the perfect size! i also ended up getting the taro boba tea and it was actually pretty good! Employees here are very nice and very patient, i was so amazed when we first enter that I couldn't focus on what to get since I want to try everything! and the inside is super cute! it is instagram approved!

if you are around the West side area this place is a must stop! the price is on point and very...
