Last year I ordered a sub online. When I got to the store they told me it wasn't available. I got into a verbal altercation with Dee but the manager and area manager helped resolve it. +++I order literally everyday the same thing. H&L with double meat and cheese
Today I went there for my same order. There was not double meat. I approach the manager Cristal who agreed the sandwich was not right. She proceeded to remake the sandwiches. Ms Dee then starts to talk out loud enough for me to hear her across the restaurant telling me she doesn't like me. +++At this point i started recording video on my phone+++the following actions by Ms Dee. Ms Dee was telling me she doesn't like me, she flicked me off, she called me BOY several times. Telling a customer that literally buys a $14.00 sandwich daily monday thru friday that I'm the problem. Other customer continued to tell her she needed to calm down but she refused. Continuing to insult and belittle me in front of the store. I repeatedly asked her name and was told I would not get it. Eventually the manager Cristal gave it to me. I've escalated this to the people I know within corporate but I'm also awaiting the area managers call to see if I can handle this in the order the restaurant would like it to be handled. Once resolved I will be more than happy to adjust my review because the rest of the store doesnt need one bad apple to spoil what is normally a great experience. Or I can upload the video..........
It looks like 2 months ago Bre Johnson gave almost the same review as I about the same person. How is this location keeping an employee that calls the customer's B++++ and flicking those customers off???????
EDIT: Since the placement of this review. I am OVERJOYED to continue to go to this establishment. The employee in question is no longer there and upper management took it upon themselves to contact me directly with their solutions of which I was in full agreeance with. Noone should ever pay as much money as I had and get ripped off by ONE BAD EMPLOYEE because of their "feelings about you" They should do their job regardless. I'm happy that I could help get this resolved and judging from previous reviews it was a long time coming for this individual. Hopefully this individual learns a valuable lesson and carries that lesson on to their next job and realize that the customer is the reason you are there, not because you are owed...
Read moreTook 15 minutes to even be spoken to by someone behind the counter. This for an order that showed ready for pick up 5 minutes before I got here. Finally spoke with someone and was told it would be 15 minutes or so before it was ready. All the while I watch 2 different couples and another a mom and son walk out cause no one could bother to take their orders. Staff just let them stand at the counter till the left. Im not a delivery person im just picking up my own online order. But I couldn't be more offended. Oh there's another 2 women leaving. What a joke. Last time my family will ever eat at firehouse. Also probably not good for staff to argue and not understand how to make the subs nor swear in front of customers. 3 grown men cant produce 2 sandwiches as of now in 40 minutes. Read moreI am so tired of the male manager at this store. Constantly getting orders wrong. Rude to customers. It seems like he always makes everyone else on the shift do all the work while he just goofs off. Not to mention the extremely inappropriate conversations I overhear him having with the team members, some of which are minors who have audibly expressed that they aren’t comfortable with what he is saying to them. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I’ve been coming into this firehouse at least once a week for a year and have never seen it decline as much as it has since this man has been hired. Not to mention the sexual comments he makes about women he finds attractive when they enter the store! Really great leadership firehouse!
