I’ve spent so much money here since starting to come here with my family as a minor over 20 years ago. I have recently this year bought three “turquoise” necklaces that I thought were turquoise. I learned recently that howlite is dyed and sold as turquoise and I asked the two guys behind the counter about this. I said I have bought items under the impression I was getting one thing when I didn’t get that. And explained I didn’t know they dyed howlite; the guys didn’t apologize or offer a return or anything. They were very rude to a longstanding customer and acted like I was “coming for” their store. There was no tact or customer service tone of voice or words at all. I am very dissatisfied and will end up taking my business elsewhere and even tho I approached the situation just wanted to chat with them and see how they treated me, this is still false advertising. I’m surprised they didn’t try to say or do anything nice after the tension at the counter. We did select almost $100 worth of items that day and when we checked out I go let the most sarcastic w eyes closed smile I’ve ever gotten. Still annoyed by this as when I look at these items I remember this bad experience. Hopefully these idiots will worry less about wearing a satanic necklace and will drop their attitude towards their customer and pay attention to retaining future business. Shouldn’t be managing that’s for sure. This place is great!!! Staff are knowledgeable and keep it real regarding everything from amicable conversation to sensitive advice on subjects such as spiritual/psychological defense. Definitely a great place to get yourself started on a plant/astrology/Craft path, or just to come in for specific, hard-to-find herbs, and trinkets for meditation or other practices. No bias or hypocrisy here. Just friends. 4 stars bc sometimes it can get a little crowded, and its not in the best area of town, so young people say around 16-17 and just starting their path might have a difficult time walking to and from safely. I feel like the shop could rly expand everything they have just a little into a place slightly bigger and people would have a better time finding things and/or moving about the shop while in covid-stay-6ft-away times, but this is rly the best place ive found for the modern, the normal, and the slightly obscure pagan/occult-related necessities. Such a awesome little store. Has so many different things for different people. Just to name a very small list of what's available: candles, incense, oils, Crystals, ingredients for Holistic stuff, books about Withcraft, Wiccans, Crystals, and I'm sure many more topics. They sell bagged Herbs and Teas in small amounts so if you're just needing a few tablespoons of something the portions accommodate that. There are many forms of Tarot Cards, Jewelry, Pendants, and much more.

Some people might be put off by the store; thinking its Voodoo happening inside or something evil but it's not at all. The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly, people from different walks of life come through the doors.
