On the hunt for a good Old Fashioned in downtown Jax, stumbled into the Lexington Hotel on the southbank. Tiffany the bartender was great! She asked me my name and introduced herself, the rest of the time I was there, she called me by name. The drink was perfect. She mixed the bitters, with a sugar packet and some juice from the cherry - I don't like it when they muddle the actual fruit, it gets chunks of fruit in your drink - it was all done so right. The topper was that it came with a large gentleman's cube instead of that bunk ice that most places serve an Old Fashioned in! Could not have been more impressed.
