Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I placed an online order stating that I would need my turkey extra toasted due to being pregnant and not being able to have the bacteria that comes with deli meat, I went to pick up my order and the girl with long brown hair was very rude when I walked in. She didn’t even ask for my name or anything she looked at me then grabbed the bag “that was thankfully mine” and tossed it on the counter while she was mopping the floor and then Proceeded to mop without even saying anything. I drove all the way home, opened my sandwich to see that she didn’t even toast the bread or meat at all. So I proceeded to call and They told me that I could come back in to get my sandwich remade which I did and they were rude again while making my sub the guy was making snarky comments and faces at me the whole time while making my sub. I definitely would NEVER recommend coming back to this ghetto dirty...

I got the BOGO. They were absolutely disgusting, both of them neither one of us enjoyed. The turkey was so gross I took it off and just ate it as a veggie. The meat isn't spread out on the bread, just piled up in one spot. I took a bite of the meat and almost threw up, gross tasting. There was so much spinach on it that you could of made a side salad with it. Don't get me started on the cheese. What cheese? It was nonexistent! Their big push is we slice in store. Go back to what you had because you're so expensive then it to be so nasty isnt even worth me buying it! Also what is really just unsanitary is why do they not have hats or hairnets on. You have guys with their hair down making food! Management shouldn't be letting them not wear a hat or a hair net, let alone down. Just because you have dreads, doesnt mean you dont lose skin cells ect. What is the grade there?! I...

Beware “curbside delivery”. This was my first time coming to this store and I chose curbside delivery on the app to try and save myself some effort; as I had my baby with me and it was a good bit of food and drinks. I arrived and let the app know I was there. It didn’t say to park in any specific spot so I chose one in front the store. I sat out there in the after noon heat for 30. minutes. I called after 15 minutes and I got the dial tone. I started to get a little concerned and called again. Still nothing. After about 25 minutes I decided to go in. I saw two workers taking to a customer in an empty restaurant. I saw my order on a “online order pickup” shelf. I helped myself and grabbed my food that was about 30 minutes old.
