Edit I NEVER got a refund. I finally gave up and TMO got to keep my $150* Good luck here. Employees never never follow up as promised, and some will basically tell you to take a hike if they don't want to "deal"with you After cancelling TMo because of their bad phone selection we got a mysterious charge which I later found out was for a cell spot they gave us early on (because we didn't get service in our house despite them promising we would). I had been told by the store employee not to bother returning it when we cancelled, but later got charged the $150 for not returning it. I only knew this because I CALLED the customer service # and they seem to be more capable at their jobs. After a lot of back and forth, they took the cell spot in store to ship off and said they would tell me when it shipped. Of course 3 weeks go by with no calls and no refund. I go in store to ask about it and this other employee said "he can't help me"and refused to look into it or offer any help whatsoever. No other customers, he just didn't want to help since there was no profit to him. Don't expect much from this location. Every time you go they tell you completely different things, don't call you back also apparently just won't assist you at all if they don't feel like it. Called the customer service number and THEY helped me. Maybe I'll get my refund now, 4 months later after being dropped and lied to by this location...
Read moreI went into the T-Mobile store yesterday in crisis mode. I needed a phone and I needed a phone fast! That's when I met Sandy. As I mentioned before, I was in crisis mode. I pretty much told this girl my life story and she was so efficient, so professional and since I was having a breakdown, sooo nonjudgmental!!! She got me a new phone at a great price and it was exactly what I needed. I was looking at another model that probably wouldn't have suited my needs, and Sandy told me "Don't even look at that phone!" This girl new her stuff. I have been with T-Mobile for about 8 years and already had a couple of devices, but even with the addition of my new device Sandy managed to take about $30 off of my monthly bill with my military discount. Words cannot describe how phenomenal the service was yesterday and I couldn't possibly dream of having a better experience. Thanks again to my new friend, Sandy, and all the folks at T-Mobile. Read moreWe went to buy 2 phones and start new service. The lady proceeded to get our phones ready..as she was waiting on us she was leaving us to deal with other customers. She caused us to wait multiple times for her to return. All together we were there over 2 hours and we waited over 30 minutes just to find out she was finished with our accounts and that’s because I asked if we were done. Then we left just to find out she never completed my account set up. We added Netflix to our plan and she never set it up..we added 2 more account users so my daughter and I could both be on my husband’s account yet she never added us as we asked. She never told us how much our monthly bill would be but she had no problem constantly asking us to add add-ons. That was the worst service ever because we have to go back in to complete our account set up when it should have been set up before we left since I had just spent...
