I parked near the back of the store and attempted to place an online order, then pick it up through the drive through. The app let me create the order but would not let me check out stating that "the store was closed". No problem. I drove around, parked, and went inside to show the crew my cart and pay inside instead. I showed the cashier my cart and showed her that the app wasn't working. She said she couldn't ring my order up because it was an online exclusive. I let her know that it wasn't my fault the app was broken, and to ring it up as a regular box and simply replace the items with the online items. She said she would go ask if she could do that. She came back and said she couldn't. At this point I'm starting to get annoyed and asked to see the manager. The manager comes up and I explain the situation thinking that she was going to be like "oh, easy fix, I'll manually enter your online total and tell the line to make your items" or "I'll ring you up for the regular box and tell the line to make the online items instead". Nope..."this system won't let me put that in". Between creating the order in the app, until this point I've wasted about ten minutes of my time trying to either make the app work, or convince the staff to simply put the online order in manually. I thanked them for the effort and left without food. I used to work in fast food, so didn't blow up on them, but damn...this was such an easy fix in so many ways. I'm sure if the franchise owner was standing behind them he would have been screaming inside...."just fix it, what are you doing!" I feel bad giving the food a one star too, but no food due to incompetence is the same as bad food in my opinion. I eat TB enough to have the app downloaded on my phone, but won't be visiting this...
Read moreTaco Bell has been a staple in the fast-food industry for years, known for its affordable, quick, and flavorful Mexican-inspired menu. Whether it's a late-night craving for a Crunchwrap Supreme or a quick lunch on the go, Taco Bell has traditionally offered a reliable option for those seeking a tasty, budget-friendly meal.
However, recent visits to Taco Bell have been disappointing. The quality of the food has noticeably declined, with items like the tacos and burritos arriving with less filling, soggy shells, and an overall lackluster taste. What used to be a satisfying, flavorful experience now feels rushed and inconsistent, leaving much to be desired.
Adding to the disappointment is the significant increase in prices. While inflation has impacted many restaurants, Taco Bell's price hikes seem particularly steep. What was once known as a budget-friendly option now feels overpriced, especially considering the drop in food quality. The value that once made Taco Bell a go-to for a quick and cheap meal has diminished, leaving customers questioning whether it's still worth it.
In summary, Taco Bell's recent decline in food quality, coupled with its exorbitant price increases, has made it less appealing than it once was. Customers may start looking elsewhere for better value and...
Read morei came here for lunch today on my 1 hour lunch break. i spent about 10 minutes in the drive thru sitting behind the person at the menu to order, who had been there longer and also not ordered yet, when i decided to go inside. when i got inside, which was empty of customers and only 2 employees visible at all, there was nobody to take my order. i understand times are changing and places like this might move to machines soon so w.e i place my order with the machine. food takes probably another 5 minutes to come out. although, to his credit the cook was working his butt off when he was there. So, i get my food but am still missing MY DRINK. if im not mistaken, the drink usually is faster and comes faster than the food, so i assume they forgot and let the lady at the empty drive thru window know i had a drink. she says "yeah i know, im making it". i waited another 30 seconds of not hearing a soda machine running and left. this is by far the worst fast food experience i have ever had at taco bell. then when i finally left, the parking lot and drive thru were still empty. what was taking so...
