Heather is very rude & got upset I was on self check out, but my phone wouldn’t allow me to unlock my card due to. I guess the bad service in the store so I stepped outside to unlock my card when I stepped back inside she was at the sub checkout thing and she was removing all of my things and she was like oh now you have to come to the register and I was like not after you just touched my things. I was like you just literally walked out of the bathroom and straight to this register and I don’t know if you washed your hands or not and it’s like I felt some type of way because why would you touch my things and then I have food items so I had a problem with that, and if I specifically went to check out that mean, I didn’t want any type of communication, face-to-face, any type of face-to-face interactions with the employees which is my prerogative as an adult she felt to give me my refund off of self check out now she’s failing to give me managers, names and different things like that, but I’ll definitely be there tomorrow or I’ll definitely call tomorrow and get this squared away because Heather is terrible. I asked her for a brown paper bag bcuz I had hot food and I was walking a long ways with 2 kids and she tells me there’s bags by the plasticware and sauces, so I look and it’s a plastic bag! I then asked her again for another paper brown bag so I could keep my food hot and i wouldn’t risk dropping any of my food while walking and she tells me that she doesn’t have anymore otherwise she would give me one, as I’m literally looking at more paper brown bags like what did she think I was blind or something? She was rude and put my hot food in with my cold food which made my hot food turn cold and gross and my cold food turned luke warm from the hotness of the food! I can’t give my children warm milk and that’s part of their breakfast! Would she give her children warm milk? I don’t think she would! Definitely was not a great experience at all with this lady! Read moreToday i had the worst experience at WaWa(store 5379). Will never visit this location again. It started about two weeks ago when my partner and I ordered some frozen coffee from this WaWa and got it and it was really watered down. So today i figured i would give them another chance. Well ordered online and had to wait for my order. Then i ordered frozen double chocolate chip, and i got a cup of spme kind of liquid witha bunch of ice cubes and whip cream on top. Had no coffee tatse to it and was not frozen in anyway. My girlfriend got frozen salted caramel, and this was frozen but once again had no coffee taste and syrup tasted like french vanilla and no hint of any caramel. And this is after the person at counter said he had to remake the drink and then asked other people working there how to make the coffee drink. Person doing coffee had no clue on how to do that job in there.
