Your staff tonight claimed that you close in the next 10 minutes. Which was stated at 11:23pm when I pulled up to the window. Had all the lights off, & stated that I can only order nuggets and fries at this time since it is 10min to closing. This area is high class area and this Wendy’s location needs to do better at providing food and allowing customers the ability to get everything that’s offered on the menu, especially since we pay a lot of money to stay in these areas just to receive dishonest early closing staff members that don’t realize how they role in society plays a big part in our community. Do it right or get another job or work for yourself if your manager and team members do not want to provide consistent service as simple as ordering a burger at 11:23 pm at night in a area filled with lots of potential high dollar consumers. I placed a door dash order since it’s still available as an option to order burgers and other items. Still took them more than 15mins to make a simple burger door dash order. I’m watching them literally tell everybody who can only order chicken nuggets they have to pull around. Truly lazy. Then she says “she got door dash order that’s why she sitting here staring at us. Yeah staring at you guys be pathetic and All these losses. The white girl loud and clear as day said it for the whole empty parking lot to here. And it’s two other staff members in there one black & the other one idk, just shouldn’t have to waste my time and frustration to let your district manger become aware of how truly in satisfying it is I to pay door dash $10 to get the same damn thing I coulda got at same window I was told I can’t order a burger with rude non wanna work/ 30min early service ! & no type of receipt giving on my bag or delivery security measures on my “door dash pick up order” & they was OUT OF ICE ! Read moreThe experience was terrible. I had a fairly simple order and everything was correct except one item. You would think that if you work somewhere and you make the same burgers day in and day out that you could repeat the process every time. Apparently, for this person, it's the hardest thing in the world to do. I mean especially since it is on the menu board, written in English and picture with the toppings that come on the burger. The only thing I changed was the onions. I simply wanted NO onions. The first attempt was not even the right burger to begin with. The second attempt was the right burger but now I'm missing the bacon and got attitude from the person making the burger that he finally got right on the third attempt. I mean reading is a fundamental part of life but apparently he was not capable of that and what worse is there is a picture of the burger and he could not match that. It's not even the point that my order was wrong because mistakes happen. It was wrong multiple times for the same burger! To think that people want minimum wage at $15 an hour is mind boggling to me. Especially when there are people that save lives on a daily basis, EMT'S, LPN's and more, that barely make $15-$16 an hour. Most all the staff that were there were not conducting themselves professionally and acted as if it was a burden to be doing their job. Read moreThis location is definitely lacking in customer service! Wendy's brand is definitely not well represented at this establishment. I went there last night and I refused to sit in drive thru 30-40 min so I went inside this time! Same wait!!! Just for 4 frostys and only 2 people ordered before me!! No organization! Employees CURSE in front of us repeatedly to one another!! Cant work as a team under pressure! No one is keeping track of refilling frosty machine since frostys are 50cents and are selling fast!! Empty machines and they're wondering why nothings coming out!!! Then giving u non frozen frostys! Management dont jump in to help when they are backed up until it's too far gone and they come out with attitude and dont apologize for inconvenience or show any better customer service than half the rude female crew there that curses and shows negative reactions in front of customers. The males are respectful and confused and get cursed at and bossed around. Male manager is of no help at all. Female.manager helped out in the end at register with attitude. No smiles or good customer service. Everyone is all over the place..... tasks are not delegated in a manner that will help the customer experience at this much needed location a great one at all times. They cant handle peak customer hours at all !!! Hire older more mature staff that can handle pressure!!! Teach and have accountability for CUSTOMER SERVICE...
