i’m going to preface this by saying i’ve never written a bad review for any place and i honestly don’t write them often at all unless i’m supporting a business. i came with my fiancée to get some food for myself and our roomates, and right off the bat the woman that was taking our order through the DT was rushing us for some reason even though they close at 2am? so it’s not like they were about to close which would make the attitude recieved earned. plus there was literally no cars except us in line so i have no idea what her problem was? my fiancée asked if we could have a minute and instead of muting her mic the woman decided to curse and complain about how we were taking too long when we literally didn’t tf? and when my fiancée said he was ready to order; which didn’t take long she said “hold on a minute” and continued to scream rant and flip her shiz to her coworker’s which wasted even more of her time?. i’ve went to culinary school for 4 years, have 3 food industry certifications, and have worked in many restaurants including bars with loud obnoxious drunk people and have been frustrated many times over customers. i had the strength to leave the food industry, and honestly if you hate your job that much you should gain the strength to leave too. don’t work in customer service or the food industry if you can’t smile and carry on. if you can’t be mature and cordial don’t work in a job like that. this is genuinely ridiculous and whoever was having a bad day, i wish you the best—but seriously find something else. there’s better jobs out there and though i understand your frustration, that was completely unnecessary and uncalled for :) i’m not saying any of this to be mean but just a general message, again- do not work in customer service if you cannot handle it. it will destroy your...
Read moreI’m very upset!! I went to the Wendy’s on post st and it was a coworker with a nasty aggressive attitude, i came to the restaurant in a good mood, I was doing DoorDash on my bicycle, She Refused to give me the food. I waited and waited all night because I did not know how to say a customer name so she told me to go and shut the drive through window And I was on a bicycle and she said only vehicles are allowed in the drive-through and I never had that happen to me before, I went at Wendy’s a lot of time with employees and managers who served me, I have always been able to go in a drive-through on a bicycle if a restaurant was closed inside, so that was her fault. So I had to call the customer and the customer called the restaurant and let them know their name and that’s why I was late dropping the order off! . This is getting out of hand and NOW DoorDash has reported me for dropping off the order late! ALL BECAUSE OF THIS ONE RUDE NASTY DISRESPECTFUL LADY! I’m definitely calling corporate first thing in the morning! I’m glad I were Recording.
A lot of people put on a front during interviews, acting all polite and professional, but the moment they get comfortable, their true colors show. If you can be respectful and kind to the manager, why not treat your coworkers and customers the same way?
Some people forget that their character matters just as much as their skills. How you treat others when no one is watching says a lot about who you really are. And if a manager allows that kind of behavior, they’re just as much a part of the problem.
If you’re working somewhere, be real, be respectful, and keep that same energy with everyone—not just when you’re trying to impress somebody. Why people not getting fired? If I was a manager, I would fired! No...
Read moreI came in this Wendys on a Sunday afternoon with my family right after church on 02/19/23. I came in and Stand at the Cash register for about 25 minutes before someone came over to help or assist me. Normally, whenever I come in a fast food establishment and encounter this type of scenario, I would give the benefit of the doubt and say “ yeah they are probably short-staffed and in need help. But there were staffed all all around and the majority of the staff members on the floor was looking at me and did not even acknowledge the fact I was standing at the cash register, in need to be have my order taken. They did that about 5x during the 25 minutes I was standing at the register to have my order taken. This young boy who was moving around acted like he didn’t wanted to be there. He was just moving Real Slow and Carelessly, just taking his sweet time. After the 25 minutes I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken, he then took my order as I made clear to him about. I waited another 20 minutes for that to be completed and then got my food, There was two of my orders they messed up on that was wrong.I hate to give bad reviews when it comes to a fast food business but I got to COMPLETELY HONEST. OUT OF ALL of the Fast Food Experiences I had in the past, This rite here has to be by Far the ABSOLUTE WORST! If there was a way I can give this place a Negative 5 Stars , I absolutely would because this was horrible. This was so HORRIBLE & Absolutely the WORST Customer Experience that they were 5 people who were came in and waited in line for a long time and they had to turn right back around out the Door for the same exact thing. This is just bad for Business. This Wendy’s need to get...
