Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Jamestown

I work at the hospital and go here on nights that I work just to grab expresso and go back to work, tonight 7/24/25 at 12:20 am I’m next to a car that was there first and were high out of their mind started their order over 3 or 4 times and took over 10 minutes to order. At no time did staff use discretion like let me check on other customers or tell them to hold while they figure out their order. After waiting another 10 minutes behind them after placing my order I left what is the sense of 2 speakers if you only can give one order at a time should have had me skip them or come to the door and pay. Can’t expect much when everyone that works there gets high anyway. Let’s not forget the nights where they try to trick you into thinking they are closed. Somehow they spent all that money on what looked like a nice building but turns out there is less seating more kitchen space and somehow slower service... I ordered $50 worth of food and got treated as if I was a burden, they forgot 3 items on my order when I went back to ask about it the worker Named CLARISSA rolled her eyes and huffed when I told her I was still missing my Cafe Mocha.. After my entire family ate their meal I finally was able to join them just in time to take mine to go and not be able to eat it in their newly built smaller seating capacity establishment.. The Tarana family needs to hire workers who would like to work instead of just going through the motions and not giving the paying customers a good...

I like the art work displayed. It's a good location. There are homeless people who seem to hang out here... in and out of the store, but they didn't bother us, just took up a good table. There was a problem with the bathrooms: both were locked, and I didn't know you have to ask for the key. A sign near or on the door would have been great. There were 3 of us waiting and knocking on the door and we thought maybe someone was in trouble inside. Then the men's room was missing the key! No sign about that either! No spare key?
