Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Janesville

I placed my order at 947am online for pickup at 530pm, after work. When I arrived I was asked my name. Cashier: "Did you order online?" Me: "Yes" Cashier: "OH, yours is on the rack by the wall." This rack was sitting in the lobby at room temp, no documentation as to when it was made, when it wound up on this rack, nothing.... not cold, or chilled. Apparently, online orders dont deserve to be refrigerated until the guest arrives. BTW, NO other customers in the store, but my food was left at room temp, since... I don't know 11am when they opened and made it. Pizza ended up in the trash, so I didn't end up sick. Waisted money and time.... NEVER, NEVER WILL I EAT AT PAPA...

Although the website says they offer delivery, and all emails and texts about delivery come from Papa Murphy’s, they have a 3rd party do the delivery so when your order comes messed up, there is no way to get it fixed except to receive an in store credit. The store is completely incapable of telling you who did the delivery. Other questions that should be easy to answer in a small store, like “can you look and see if the missing items were left behind” are also unanswerable for this location. The absolute most concerning part of this facility are the picnic tables outside of it. Why are there picnic tables at the "do not consume raw" restaurant? I laugh EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I pass this place with my wife. I don't know how to rate the atmosphere only because of my sense of humor versus the actual atmosphere. You need to be very, very clear about how much sauce you want, this mistake was made but is easily fixed. 3/5 for...
