Would be 0 stars but I canât rate it that low. I didnât want to purchase 6 drinks when I was going to get coffee this morning for my family and I but what ended up happening could have just been simply avoided had they repeated my order to me originally at the drive through box. We ordered at the box, redeemed a free drink, got our drinks, and after we pulled off after receiving our drinks they originally told us that they had labeled the one that was half sweet (we believed we ordered both coffees half sweet) so that threw us off at first, and it honestly wasnât that big of a deal but when we noticed our infusion was iced and not blended like we had ordered, we decided to turn around and hopefully get it blended. When we arrived at the order box once again and told them we had wanted it blended like we previously stated, they told us, right off the bat, âOh, you didnât order it blended, but we can blend it for you for the difference.â Which okay sounds condescending in the first place but whatever itâs not a huge deal, when we get up to the window my boyfriend explained that we believed we did order both drinks half sweet and asked if we could have that fixed because it wasnât our fault that the order wasnât read back to us originally, but they seemingly wanted to make a huge deal out of it making us repay for the drinks that we had just ordered, that according to them was our fault for ordering wrong when there was no confirmation in the first place on what our order really was, and then proceeding to tell us that it COULD be the order takers fault, but we still have to pay for it again anyways. Somehow during that conversation she managed to squeeze in that âIt seems to happen pretty often with you guys.â Which it never does when our order is read back to us in the beginning! Iâve never had such terrible customer service anywhere, I myself am a barista and people order the wrong things all the time whether itâs my fault or theirs, who cares! Making the moment right seems far from their priorities and itâs pretty disheartening to see how easy it is for them to constantly gaslight...

Furthermore, the cashier and another employee were discussing how they overcharged me, still ran my card, and didn't even blink an eye. They literally charged $12 for "one large ice coffee with almond milk, please."
I have brought my family of 5 there a few times and we were always charged way to much and never given a receipt. Their smoothies are just boxed sugar junk and their coffee is equalivant to a late night gas station.

Iâve only been there three times now this last visit was the worst. I came back to the drive-through and requested for a remake because I could taste the tea in my beverage. I do not like tea. Instead of remaking my drink and taking the old one they decided to try to convince me that I was wrong, but Iâm the person drinking my beverage. I know what I taste. I called to ask for a manager to still get pushback not once did I yell not once I disrespect anybody in that establishment. I still got horrible service and my drink was not replaced nor did they offer a refund. Horrible experience Iâll stick...
