I really enjoyed coming here for my iced coffees and refreshers. However, they got my coffee’s wrong twice, and used regular milk, despite me stating my allergy. I understood the risks and such, and decided not to get coffee there anymore, unfortunately. Deciding to stick to refreshers has been my go to! They taste amazing, and the people who serve them are so nice! Two times so far within these past several months, they have been made with green tea instead of lemonade, and I’ve gotten replacements. Before calling, I did read the label, which said “green tea” and when I called, I made sure to check in with the employee who made it to confirm. I check 100% before going on with anything. When I got my drink today and tasted it at first, it tasted different, so I decided to call because I was politely wondering what it was made with. I wasn’t expecting anything. Then before I could say anything else, I was treated with the rudest customer service I’ve ever been treated with, and by the manager, too. I was yelled at over the phone and accused of getting free drinks all the time, when I just wasn’t sure what it was made with. I was inappropriately yelled at, wrongly accused, and even hung up on as I was trying to explain the situation. I called back and made it clear that those have never been my intentions, and politely explained myself. They could have just said “Yes we made it with lemonade.” and not accuse me of conning my way to get free drinks. I would’ve have just said, “My apologies, alright, thank you!” and have been done. Although I appreciate most customer service there, and the drinks taste amazing, I did not deserve the false accusations and to be yelled at, let alone to be hung up on, especially when I didn’t even finish my sentence or get to talk for myself! Read moreI have fond memories of riding my bike with my friends to go to Dunkin Donuts for donuts and milk. Back then, [1970's] they only served donuts, milk and coffee. But man, were those donuts delicious. Stopped by today for the first time in decades. Ordered one dozen glazed and one dozen Boston cream. I was told that they were out of Boston Cream. Okay, I will take 2 dozen glazed. After I paid at the window, I was handed one dozen glazed and told they didn't have dozen. As I was waiting for my refund for the dozen they didn't have, I thought I would eat a donut. Big disappointment. Dry,stale and hardly any glaze. I am generally very easy to get along with and really want businesses to prosper, but these donuts were really bad. The staff were really nice. We are 2-3x/week customers but will likely not return again due to the consistently negative & rude short haired female employee. She made an unnecessary passive aggressive comment to my 11 year old that I clearly heard from across the room. When working in the service industry, I understand it can be frustrating and overwhelming but it is NOT okay to outwardly speak this way to an innocent child.
