Bar Vino- Wine Shop and Bar — Restaurant in Jefferson City

It's a very nice place. We had a class reunion stop and the tall blonde was the worst bartender that I have had in a long time to the point that several of our 35person party were talking about leaving but a young shorter MUCH friendly young lady saved the day. It would be different if they did not know a month in advance that we were coming. She had us feeling like we were a bother and did not care to hid it. Even telling guests as they came in we have a class reunion here let me apologize in advance hopefully they are leaving soon. We will keep spending our dollars where we are appreciated or at least when she is not there. Horrible...

This was the most recommended spot when we asked around where we should go while stopping for one night in the area... And we were not disappointed! Great wine selection, great cocktails, excellent service, and friendly patrons. I love how they sell wine and whiskey to take home.. and at reasonable prices! I highly recommend the cheese boards to get the most bang for your buck. Everything else is small for the price.

We bar hopped around to cork, the grande, bar whiskey, the Madison... and bar vino was by far the favorite.

Only thing... I wish they did...

First and foremost I tried several times to contact Matt thur Facebook and email, no response whatsoever, walked in Saturday 10/21/23 @3:45p not busy at all, the waitress with the black/green hair did not greet us or gave us any waters when we sat at the bar. Completely ignore us and the couple that came in 10 mins before us. No clue if it had to do with them wearing a Trump hat or the American flag on my shirt. It was very rude and unprofessional of the waitress. I do not recommend this place at all if you are...
