I always come here so it’s weird. But I got a broccoli soup , and surprisingly I happened to look in my soup and see this in it.. which was so gross I told the employee he said I’m gonna get the manager he tried saying it looks like a pepper. I even had this on my finger to show him … and also as I was on FaceTime with my boyfriend he screenshotted this and the manager had the nerve to say “how do you know that’s from now” … like I just showed u it on my finger.. only said I’m gonna show the company like no you’re the manager help with a refund damn. he didn’t even offer for a REFUND or nothing just offered to make a new one why would I want a new one when u guys have bugs in your food? Ew where is the inspector at ? Only offered to make a salad or something or soup no thanks you guys already aren’t clean. NASTY. Becareful...

Clean with a very polite and pleasant staff. Street parking can be difficult to find. I signed up for their emails and came in for the complementary coffee and travel cup. I poured out the coffee and kept the cup. Their pastries are delicious, but the coffee was awful. Very watered down and cold. Maybe some flavor creamers would help, but for now I don't...
