I swung by here for a to go lunch today and as usual when I try new spots, I want to order everything to try everything. So I ordered 2 Carne Asada and 2 Al Pastor tacos with onions and cilantro. I also ordered a Torta de Pollo de Res. After a few bites of each, I enjoyed the Torta as it was huge and paid the $1 extra for avocado. The Pastor was flavorful but a bit greasy and the Asada tacos had plenty of meat but it tasted over cooked a bit. I will say I did enjoy the salsas. The inside seemed a bit run down. I felt it would be best to get a to go order. There is a parking lot in the back that’s convent. I’m not in a rush to go back.

Stopped in last night, and we'll be back! Rainbow Taco has taken over the former Shelly's Freeze, with a solid Mexican menu and quick service. We ordered a chicken burrito dinner and enchiladas verde - the chicken was well seasoned and tender, the toppings and salsas tasted very fresh and flavorful. And the chips are sturdy and perfect for scooping up the beans & salsa! They've opened during a really challenging time, and I hope all our neighbors will come out and try their delicious food.

Located right on the corner of Lincoln and Winona, they have some of the best Mexican food around. Their steak tacos are fantastic and topped with onion and cilantro but you can add other toppings like fresh avocado if you like. Their staff is very friendly and they have indoor and outdoor seating. They also do have a parking lot, but if it’s full you can find a spot on Lincoln or Winona.

Last night I made the fantastic decision to order tacos, and upon searching found Rainbow Tacos' extensive menu of just what I was looking for. Want fish tacos? They've got it. Are you a vegetarian? Cool, they've got options for ya.

I personally ordered a steak taco bowl and there was a perfect amount of meat, balanced with lots of guac and sour cream, as it should. The bowl was crunchy and delivered as such — you'd think it was delivered right to your table inside a restaurant.

If you're not into tacos too much, first of all, I'm judging you, and second of all, there are plenty of other options for you on the Rainbow Tacos menu. From tortas, to burritos, to even burgers, you'll definitely be able to find something...

This is a very small place, it's like a taco truck size without the truck, even though it's small, it does have great people and great food, the food is cooked to order, and you can see them cook it and everything, they sell all kinds of Mexican food like tacos, tortas, and traditional Mexican food. I only ate the tacos but they were delicious. I stopped here randomly as I wanted to try it out. If you want tasty food at a decent price this is the place, might be best to take it to go, but they do have some outside dining, but again it is a...
