So on Jan 27 2017, I placed an order did it drive thru but apparently they have people that don't understand English talking and taking down order so because the guy didn't understand what I was asking for I went inside, I asked for 2 FRESH CHICKEN SANDWICH MEALS I got two stinky disgusting sandwiches and I also paid with a credit card. I went back after 15-20 mins of purchasing my meal the night manager was experiencing a bad night apparently his system shut down and was charging manually. I told the manager that wasn't what I had order that meal was gross and I just wanted a refund back! So he just say sorry I can't, my system is down I said to him I worked for years in the fast food industry you mean to tell me you don't have a key to open the register? So the lady making the sandwiches comes from the back and ask the manager in spanish what's going on he says "she wants a refund" I told him oh so what makes you think I don't speak Spanish? All he could say I don't know. So in spanish I responded to him now can I get my refund? So his sandwich person gave me a refund he made a copy of my receipt. So on Feb 10 I happen to check my bank statement and I see that I have a transaction with the same number, different days, with the same amount. Jan 27 I was charged twice, Feb 8 was charged again, and Feb 10. The next day I go to speak with a manager Mildred and all she does is start speaking spanish to her coworker, I tell her my problem that why am I being charge alot and in spanish she say oh another customer being charge again and again... I say to her in spanish it's rude and disrespectful that your speaking spanish and if your having issues with your system then why do you guys continue to ask for credit card payments? Why hasn't you district manager has put a stop to it or why can she or he get someone to take a look at this problem. All they wanted was my bank acc number and statement NOPE THEY AIN'T GETTING THAT! I ask Mildred to have her district manager to call me it been 3 day that I haven't heard from Lupe Gutierrez, lady apparently you dont like your job! Read moreThis Burger King is actually pretty good at making Whoppers. Outside of that its hit or miss. I discovered the delicious Whoppers here over a decade ago during summer school and made it a point to comeback every once in awhile. This used to be a major gang hot spot back in the day and got hectic once the kids got out of school as well, but if you can make it over here while it's quiet (or order delivery) you'll be good.
I ordered the new Philly Cheese Kings and a triple Whopper which I haven't had in almost a decade. The prices were ok, one thing I hate about ordering delivery is that you get no deals which is a bummer since the price I paid could've easily been cut in half. The Philly Cheese Kings were awful. They just added cheap melted sharp cheddar cheese (pretty much nacho cheese) and even cheaper caramelized onions to a standard king, ruining the sandwich especially since it already had American cheese slices on it. It just made everything taste awkward as none of the flavors mixed and they definitely failed to capture anything that makes it a "Philly." They could've taken philly steak and grounded it into a patty, but no it's just a standard king without the mayo, lettuce, ketchup, etc.
The Whopper was great as usual. They go out of their way to make sure the cheese is melted perfectly unlike other Burger Kings where they throw on a frozen cheese slice without a care in the world. There were some thick tomatoe slices though which made it even more bulkier.
Overall I'll be back for some more Whoppers! This is one of the few Burger Kings that'll make a Whopper perfect almost everytime!

So it's been about 2 years since I wrote the one above and now I'm adding to it. They have not in anyway improved their service. Still as bad as always if not worse. I wonder if anyone else notice's that big red letter F in the background on the ceiling when your in front of the counter ordering your food. Apparently all the stores have them. It's a rating on the quality of their current overall service. Other locations I've been to have a B rating. This is the only one that has an F. That's how bad they are. They mess up all the time. I was just in the other day because unfortunately it's the only one near me and I ordered just a whopper with cheese, that's all I said and the kid employee behind the register charged me for a combo meal. When I informed him of the mistake he made he didn't say anything, not even a sorry. He just stood there looking very dumb like he was just born yesterday. I'm so surprised this location is still in business with all this bad service. When the day comes that this place finally closes down.( And I hope it does ) I for one will not...
