Worst Taco Bell location I've visited by far. First they were out of the drink I wanted "M.D Baja Blast" I was ok with that, but then when I was ordering my food the guy taking my order "Luis" had a major attitude, I asked if they had the green sauce for the burrito and he apparently didn't understand what I was talking about and told me they were out of all there sauces. So I'm like how do you guys make your burritos then if there are no sauces, he didn't take the initiative to clarify that he was talking about the sauce packets. He was so confused, and if that wasn't bad enough, when I came up to the window he continued his attitude with me, speaking of how busy they are that's why they don't have time to order inventory for the store, I told him that shouldn't affect not being able to place orders for your store inventory, he replied back with you don't work here so you wouldn't understand. Lol are you kidding me, you work at freakin Taco Bell. anyways he ended up going to the back away from the drive thru window after all this escalated and I'm pretty positive he spit in my food, because after getting home I inspected each item and they all had a clear liquidy texture inside, so yes I threw the food all away. There was no reason for him to go to the back where they make the food for such a long period of time....and towards the end of the conversation and my way out of the drive thru I asked him if he was the manager and he replied yes, I asked if there was a store manager there and he said no she wasn't there, so I asked for his name..:and he had the nerve to tell me NO, I replied back with "excuse me" and he said " NO I will not give you my name" I told him I can easily describe him to the store manager and I took a look at the receipt for the name for his drawer and found his name to be Luis, who I am assuming he is. I will definitely be making a complaint on him. So please do not eat here, I wouldn't trust it and the customer...
Read moreI had a terrible experience with this restaurant twice in one evening!! The first time was when I place an order through doordash they messed up the order ordered 2 grilled burrito boxes and a extra burrito a spicy grilled dbl steak burrito but guess what neither box contained grilled burritos or the extra burrito (oh did I mention there were no boxes) our food was half wrapped and thrown in a big bag. food was coming out of the wrappers. doordash refunded me completely thank God and apologized. since we didn't get the correct burritos and don't have a car we had to take the bus to get the correct burritos and paid again! I went to the store. placing the order through your own app made no difference the spicy double grilled steak burrito was still missing again for a second time!!! when we were in the store there were only a couple people eating inside there was no car in drive-thru; so I don't understand how they could mess up two times for the same customer in one evening. It's funny how some people scream for pay but yet they can't even read or follow instructions correctly! This location really needs to start hiring better employees or offer better training. I wish I could give this place zero stars. After looking at the reviews looks like they mess up alot of orders very sad very sad. I wish Del-Taco was here their food is way better...
Read moreI had an incredibly frustrating experience at Taco Bell recently, and I'm compelled to share my disappointment. After waiting for 40 minutes since placing my order on the app, I then endured an additional 39 minutes inside the store, still without receiving my food. What made matters worse was witnessing other customers who had ordered after me receiving their orders before mine.
When I approached one of the workers to inquire about my order, I was met with the rudest response I have ever encountered. The worker showed a complete lack of concern or empathy, dismissively stating that he didn't care about the fact that my order hadn't been made and how long I had been waiting. It was an utterly unacceptable level of customer service.
Such a frustrating experience not only wasted my time but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. Taco Bell should be aware of the significant issues in their order fulfillment process and the behavior of their staff. This kind of service is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. I hope Taco Bell takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their efficiency and customer service to prevent others from enduring similar experiences.
