I placed an order just last week 07/05/2017 regarding a full tray of rice for my daughters birthday party. Talked to someone name Santos don't know if he's the manager or whatever his title is. We even set up a time to pick up the rice. (3pm) left him my phone number as well. We went this past Saturday for the rice to realize that nobody in the restaurant knew anything about a tray of rice! Nothing was made! Some manager or Santos, tall white complected man with short hair. Told us that he never remembered talking to me!!! And started to see I guess if he did! Mumbling to himself, then to his own surprise was like "oh I remember now, yes I talked to your husband" so now you remember! What a joke! Just to tell us that supposedly he told my husband that I needed to pay a deposit on the rice! 40$ Which we would've done if he "did" told us up front from the beginning. We really wanted that rice for my daughters 17th birthday. We didn't have no reason why we wouldn't. We where left with no rice! He started getting rude cause we where frustrated at this time. Never once did he try helping us in the situation! It's a shame we would always buy food here. Now I don't know that we will.... hopefully you won't ever experience something like this! It's bad business and he has no regard for...
Read morePotrillos, the small grocery store that offers so much more than just essentials. This hidden gem truly exceeded my expectations!
Walking into Los Poirillos, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was. The store was stocked with all the essential items I needed, from fresh produce to household necessities. But what really stood out was the small taqueria tucked away in the corner of the store. As a lover of authentic Mexican food, I was excited to give it a try.
Let me tell you, the food did not disappoint! The tacos were absolutely delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. I could easily see myself stopping by for a quick bite to eat or picking up some groceries on a regular basis. 3 freshcarne tacos for $10 is a great deal.
Overall, I highly recommend Los Poirillos to anyone in the area. It's not just a grocery store - it's a wonderful little community hub with amazing food and great service. I will...
