Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

This used to be the best Domino's in Chicago, many friends and family found it to be a hundred times better than their neighborhood store. However, this is no longer true. Within the past year this place has gone from the best in quality, customer service and speed to pretty much dead last. The pizza used to be cooked to perfect timing and the toppings were spread evenly. Now no matter what you choose whether is is extra cheese, double cheese or triple cheese, they are all the same. I have found no difference in any of them. For some reason they have decided that if a person wants more toppings, what they really want is more sauce. The only thing worse than a burnt pizza is one that is 95% sauce. Which brings me to how they cook it. Your pizza will either arrive cold or burnt, there is no more middle. The delivery times have gone from 30 minutes to an hour to 1 hour 15 minutes but today really takes the cake. No traffic, no snow, weather is fine. It took 3 ½ hours today. When we first placed it online it said it was quality checked at 7:30. At about 8:15 we decided to call just then we get an email stating the delivery will take 95 minutes! The pizza tracker was useless as it said it was being delivered at 7:39. The associate assured me that our delivery was next and we asked if the pizza was just sitting there waiting to be delivered and she said no it wasn't even made yet. So another half hour goes by and still nothing. We call again and see what's happening, it's being delivered. I asked for compensation of some sort for this pizza that takes 2 hours. They said we can offer you a refund or store credit but last time there was an issue (couple months ago) where they forgot to deliver everything we ordered they offered the same thing and we never got credit nor a refund. So instead I asked for just another pizza for free, the she said yes. Bell rings and at this point we had given up, its 10:15 and the pizza boy only had what our original order was. What's worse is upon sitting down to eat we see that the cheese pizza is burnt and the other one is fine except both are really cold. What a waste of my 3 hours and money. Long time customer who orders at least once a week for the family saying I will never order from Domino's again. Something changed within the last year, perhaps a new store manager or Domino's starting to go back...

👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽I ordered a Large two topping THIN CRUST special for $11.99 and a 20 oz coke!! Worst $17.00 spend!!!! So because it’s a special you go STINGY ON THE CHEESE?!!!!!

It literally tastes like a crunchy, salted cracker with pepperonis on top. I cannot taste the cheese or the sauce AT ALL!!. On top it, Over cooked so the cheese EVAPORATED!!

Actually i taste a little tiny bit of sauce, I got a salty cracker with pepperonis on top! I’ve had horrible pizza’s but NEVER ONE THIS Thin with a sprinkle of cheese.

0 stars. I'm pregnant and went in for a specialty pizza I've been craving. I ordered a Hawaiian with bbq sauce and add jalapeno. I can't stand pizza sauce right now and even though I said bbq sauce twice, they put regular pizza sauce on it. I called in to complain because I now can't eat my pizza, they don't deliver to our location so we had to drive back to get a new pizza. They did upgrade the size and threw in a free brownie for the inconvenience but once again, the pizza was wrong!!! They didn't put pineapple on it, the one thing that makes a Hawaiian.
