Horrible phone call . I called in to check if someone can help me with size of box of a snowblower, the guy who answered just in a mean way said : we’re sold outttt! Then I tried to ask another question and he just hung up, I called again and he answered and I told him I was about to ask another question then he doesn’t even bother to apologize and he said : what’s your next question? I told him I would like to know if you have something similar to it, and he said no ! We only have a 18” left. I asked him if he can help me with the size of the box of the one he said they’re sold out, he said I have no clue! I told him I think you should go to phone classes. Terrible Terrible Terrible , I try to support my local businesses even thought the prices are alittle higher but this ACE was the worst , young curly headed kid has no respect for his elders , had poor knowledge of anything I needed or the care to really help and made a rude comment about my ability to read . Went into the store to get a stain match. The paint department associate told me it was easy. He dabs a bit of the newly matched stain onto the piece of wood that he matched from. No word about that they cannot match correctly. He says it's a perfect match without even drying the stain. I look again the next day and the color is way off. I come into the store a refund. The store manager Ed Coren tell me I can't get a refund or anything than tells me there is no store out there that will refund my money. You're wrong first off.
