Food was always good but staff stinks. Called three times and they hung up three times. Maybe the wrong number. But I’ve been calling this place for twenty years. Owner says they close at nine. Google says they close at 10. Owner says I didn’t call. Screen shot below is of my calls that were answered and someone hung up. Because I was driving by, I stopped. Second photo taken at 9:52pm shows someone behind the counter and people inside. Door was locked. Nancy, I think this was a bad move on your part calling me out. My family spends tons of money at your place. My sister has your cell. She isn’t happy. Instead of calling customers liars, maybe it would be better to tell your staff to answer the phone and say we are closed. Or just don’t answer. Hanging up on people is bad business. Calling them liars is worse.

I've been going here for years. The pizza is great. Everything about it is just right. This time I went with the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. The chicken was made perfect. The flavor was spot on. The sauce was excellent. The people are always so nice here. They have a number of tables to eat in. I will continue to come here. Bicycling: It is about a block from the North Branch Trail. Unfortunately, I didn't see any outside dining area.

Amazing pizza! The staff is friendly. The dough on the pizza is so fresh as are the toppings. The recipes are not the same as other restaurants with similar names. We tried the pan and the thin crust varieties. This was my first visit. This place is casual.. You will not be disappointed. I don't know the owners, but they were there during my visit. They made me feel really welcome.

As a total connoisseur of really great pizza no matter where I go, I have no problem finding a pie aka pizza, but finding a really really decent place A place I can recommend to family and friends or visitors from out of town It requires a bit of a hunt ,as someone who loves finding a go to spot with a authentic taste A great crust and sauce And quality sausage it involves me to go a bit out of my routine Comfort zone that is trying other places, And finding Villa rosa tonight was with the help of Google search all it really took was me asking Google for five star pizza near me so I suggest to anybody who keeps going to their regular pizza spot to step outside the box. Sometimes it’s well worth it. and let me just say it was . Very good pizza and to radiate the words of thee young lady who rang me up this here evening,,,,, I Will Be Back....

I've been ordering from Villa Rosa for years and it was always so good and convenient. However, the last 3-4 times I've ordered, I've been disappointed. The minestrone soup used to be great, and several times now -- it's been watery and tasteless. I mentioned something when I called, but not sure what happened there? The last time I ordered the Caprese salad, I got thin tomato slices cut in half which means the whole salad contained like 2 slices. Again, quite different than it used to be. Some other dishes seem to have gone downhill also. Not sure if there's a new cook, or a cutback on ingredients to save $ or just a string of bad luck with orders getting put together too fast, but I'm hesitant to order again now. Otherwise,...
