I booked an appointment for my daughter to get a full set and gemstones for her birthday party. It had been a while since she'd had nails that long, so we went the evening 3 days before the party.

She showed an inspiration photo and they quoted $70. One nail tech did the acrylics, and did a great job shaping them. Another did the decorating, who also did well replicating the picture came in with, and took their time with the decoration of each nail. Unfortunately, the top coat was missed, and some of the gem stones came off the next day. We made it back in the morning of the event, and they fixed it without hassle. I can't give 5 stars when such a basic step was missed; but I can understand how it happened with two people both working on her nails. We also obviously missed it before leaving, as again, it had been a while since she'd had a nail salon treatment.

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. I get hard gel fill in every 2 to 3 weeks. I called ahead to make sure that they know how to do it. They said that they did. The person who did my nails did not know how to do it. They put on the gel so thick that there were bumps in my nails. They made my nails wider than my actual nail. They are hideous. Additionally, ahead of time I told them it was for a special event, my bridal shower. They had to switch people halfway through because I was so unhappy that they thought the other person would maybe do a better job. She didn’t. This place is so horrible. I asked for a full set no chip nails, and she used dual forms. She then went on to tell me that dual forms are better for the nails, and charged me the regular $48 for a full set gel, when she actually didn’t build my nails, just used cheap plastic ones. No chip is supposed to last at least 2-3 weeks. My nails came off 4 days later. They chose to save time and didn’t use the regular process for acrylic gel nails, but used cheap plastic ones.
