The worst pizza place you can find. My order was placed on Sunday, June 30th, at 3:00 pm. 15 min. Later the indicator on their website said it is ready and will be delivered in 19 min.. After 1hour and 30 minutes I called them and ask where is my pizza. They said that they need more pizza delivery people and the driver who took my pizza can deliver my pizza in 20 min. and it gonna be free. I said OK. After 35 min. I waited 15 min. before anybody answered me and once that person picked up the phone, she stated: “Yes I remember you, buy you called me few minutes after that and canceled your FREE pizza, and if you want - you can place another order. I can offer you some discount of 10%, and we can deliver your pizza in 25 minutes. The lady’s name is Jessica Luna. I hope they record all phone calls , and someone will hear that conversation: she was very impolite, aggressive and rude. She did not offered me any solution , and she was not able to answer my questions. The address of the place is 4608 W. Fullerton Ave., Chicago, IL 60639. Read moreI ordered bbq bone-less wings. When i received the wings they did not have any bbq sauce on them or even in the box. When i called to complain the young lady that answered (Lorna) said that the bbq bone-less wings doesnt come with bbq sauce on them. I explained that the sauce wasnt even on the side and that i have never ordered bbq boneless and the sauce was on the side. She put me on hold with out even saying hold on came back to the phone and asked if i wanted her to deliver the cup of bbq sauce. I couldnt have been petty and told her yes. But i didnt. I thought that a company like Domino's that guarantees customer satisfaction would have done something about it. It was only wings but I spent my money.
Side note:Domino's the boneless wings are disgusting without sauce. My 13 year son wouldn't eat them, and teenagers eat anything. Im not sure who thought of not putting the sauce on the wings ...but ugh! It was a mushy mess! We...
