We are so happy they have a new location near home. now we can visit more frequently.

The customer service was great and the workers treated us nice even when we had a little spill.

The coffee, variety of drink and food are amazing, our favorites are blue matcha, lavander latte and tumeric latte. And the prices are great for the quality of food and drinks they have.

I don't like to leave negative reviews for local small businesses and even though this happened several weeks ago I just can't hold it in any longer. I ordered two lox and bagel sandwiches to go and went to pick them up. When I arrived they had my order ready and the employee pushed the credit card machine towards me to pay. The two sandwiches were $14.99 each but the amount shown on the screen was much higher than it should have been so I looked at the screen closer and saw a $6.00 additional charge. Before paying with my card I asked the employee "what is the $6 for?", he completely ignored me and said nothing so I asked again, "what is the $6 charge for?", again, he completely ignored me so I asked the same question a third time. Again, he said absolutely nothing, he then grabbed the credit card machine and removed the $6. Then he pushed the machine back to me and the screen asked me to choose a tip amount. After that debacle I of course chose zero tip. He took it upon himself to tip himself $6 without even saying anything to me. The sandwiches were very good but I will not go back to this place again. I do not appreciate sneaky and dishonest...
