Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

DD is my favorite coffee, but this staff IS THE WORST! Unfortunately I need to go here regularly on my lunch break from work. My order is always wrong and tastes watered down. The Teenage staff of girls are snotty and are always on their phone. Its like they have to compete on who can be the worst employee. They have chairs in the work area where they just sit! I ask for iced coffee with ONLY cream every time. I ask them to repeat my order, every time. How they get sugar in it, I have no idea. when i go to return it they give me an attitude, roll their eyes and present me with a coffee saturated with cream as some sort of payback for distracting them from non work related stuff. I wish I could leave a 0 star. My friend is allergic to milk and we ordered them an oat milk cold brew. We tried their drink for them and there not only was there regular milk in there, it wasn’t even cold brew. I asked nicely for them to make it right and the lady who talked to us had the nastiest attitude. She mocked my friend saying and said she didn’t put any milk in there. My friend is extremely allergic and their allergy senses were popping off the moment the drink was even near them. the lady then decided to throw the drink into the trash without saying anything and ended remaking it. If i could leave a 0 star reviee I would. The manager here, Javed sucks. He's disrespectful and abbrasive. From what I have seen almost daily, he is rude to customers ESPECIALLY students. Employees have to tell him to back off. When he takes orders he aggressively tries to up sell instead of listening to your order. When he makes the food he does it poorly or completely wrong.
