Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Tbh this is terrible place not because its a dunkin but because its managed so bad--It sucks that its in convenient spot--the upper management should (1) Fire the morning cashier "Manju' short indian lady for god awful customer service you ask for a "Black ice coffee with no cream 3 sugar'' just to get the opposite same could be same with ordering food here you ask for bagel and get sourdough. No hate even tho its my first point but it comes to a point where you gotta give it up. (2) The manager at this location is ''Blanca'' and mann she so mean to the customers in the morning giving sassy remarks making the customers feel like there in the wrong for double checking with her if the food they paid for is correct--and she just an overall bad manager to her peers she screams at them in front of us the customers that's not very professional--If you work here--hey godspeed to you because not only are you going to deal with a cashier that makes you're job hard because you have to remake the drinks that she messed up on--and later be screamed at by the manager Blanca because you had to throw it away and be made to feel bad--I feel sorry for this employes--She should be removed--The managers that came before her were amazing Rafa and Lalo were some of the best managers to bless this place but sadly had to leave for a better opportunities. Went thru the drive thru and the young lady was supposed to charge me 1.66 for my iced coffee. Asked if I wanted my receipt I said no just a straw and I get receipts to my phone for any purchases on my card. About 5 min later my phone dinged and I was charged 21.66 for my iced coffee. I turned the car around and went right back In the young lady looked scared as I asked who had the 20$ they just took off my card. She said oh I’m so sorry that it was an accident and tried to explain I said just give me my money I’m late for work. As I’m pulling off the young lady runs out to offer me free stuff. I said I do not want free stuff take this as your blessing because you’re gonna get caught. She continues to try to explain again I say do you want to loose your job over 20$ at Dukin donuts. As I get to work my co warmer says they give him free coffee because they did the same to him. This is out of control y’all letting 20 year olds crack card at this location . And almost 100% sure the manager is in on it. Well y’all ain’t stealing no damn...

Personally, I think the service is adequate at this location during the weekdays. I think this place is operating at its finest on the weekend shift. The service is (mostly) reliable and fast paced, with the employees working to finish an order before you can even finish a sentence. The worker that wears a mask is especially effective and approachable.

Now onto the "food". It is the usual quality that is expected. It's warm when it's supposed to be, and cold when you need it to be. I do have an issue with some of the product, some of the drinks taste too much like their designated flavor, or not much of it at all! I have even had workers allocate the proportions of my usual drink (strawberry smoothie) to the way I would prefer it and it is to no avail.
