Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

It never fails this is by far worst Dunkin Donuts that I entered the only reason I go here because of convenience on the way to my destination the staff Omg always rude.. there could be one or three people in there but there could be three to five people behind the counter and they make you wait the longest time today there was no one in there and I could the guy looked at me three times and still walked away he didn't say give me a second he didn't say I'll be right with you he stood he then disappeared he didn't show back up he never took my order that is the uttermost worst customer service I have ever dealt with PS it takes a lot a whole lot for me to to get upset and decide to have to write a review and to give a poor one at that because no company is perfect don't get me wrong it can never be 100%, but this place whether it's morning whether it's afternoon or whether it's evening like now today June 20th 2023 5:35 p.m. service is always poor , and orders are always wrong even after having to wait forever. Food & drink were just fine. As I was drive-thru ordering, the screen said something different than I wanted so I tried clarifying a couple times. When I got up to the window, the order wasn’t that I was intending. Rosa walked away from me mid-conversation & told me I have to order it differently next time which is fine &/but I didn’t know that since what she told me isn’t what the order screen says. She was very rude, barelt looked at me, & slammed another guest’s bagged food down on the counter… it was ~11AM, 2 cars in...

The people who work within this establishment are lovely, however they are extremely limited in their ability to get orders right in my family’s experience. This leads to many items that are ordered to not be received, but I am still charged for them. Overall, the food is what you would expect from a Dunkin, good, but nothing life changing. The inside is somewhat clean, somewhat bare minimum. The service needs to be improved...
