The service there is ridiculous I've complained to the top higher up corporate nothing's been done. The staff is rude along with the manager. Every single time I go there the order is messed up when I complain to corporate they gave me a free meal and that's not what I was looking for I was looking for better service. So I went back to get the free meal and I smashed my Donuts on purpose. That was last year so I thought I'd give it another try the other day I gave him my order at the drive-thru again I pull up to the window and the brown haired blue eyed girl ask me if I order the ice coffee and I said no don't tell me you guys messed up my order again I said I ordered an extra large coffee. Then they brought me my two sandwiches without their hash browns then they brought me a bag of donuts that I bought two for my grandson the wrong ones so I give them back and they had enough nerve to still bring me the wrong Donuts again. So I slightly tossed the bag on the counter because it was a metal counter the bag slid off and the girls said that I threw them at her. I asked for the manager's name again the employee at the drive-thru window and then I ask to speak to the manager and they sent a girl saying that she was the assistant which I don't think she was and she told me that I shouldn't throw Donuts at the staff. And I'm like I didn't throw Donuts at the staff but I would appreciate better service when people come here but I'm done with them I will not ever go back there again and it's a damn shame because I've been going there over 10 years and I've just recently had a problem this past year with them. I do think that you need to revamp that facility and get rid of the manager because she's encouraging bad behavior to her staff and don't care...
Read moreThe competency of employees and service at this location continues to decline and the workers argue back and forth with customers often. I tried to redeem a “Premium Sips” reward this morning, which includes hot and cold lattes of any size. I ordered a large hot vanilla latte and “converted” the reward while I was in the drive-thru line. I told the first employee that it was a reward. She scanned it and then tried to tell me it was full price. I explained it was a reward that would cover the large latte. She called another employee over. At this point, they had my phone on the counter and the reward barcode had been scanned 3 times. He can’t get it to work either. Another person comes over and begins tapping things on my phone and scans the barcode again then looks at me and says “it says you already used it”. At this point, it’s been 3-5 minutes, my phones been in their possession for most of that time and the reward barcode has been scanned 5x. I said “they scanned it like 5 times…I’m not trying to scam you.” Then, asked for my phone back and left. Waste of time and energy. It was an error/lack of knowledge on their part since the reward remained in my account and I was able to use it at another Dunkin’. Will be sharing this experience...
Read moreUnfortunately I live down the block from this locations the past 4 years. If they don’t get your order wrong, they are rude. I literally have had to go back 3x for them to get my order right and it was just a breakfast sandwich. Today, I went in with my toddler and waited patiently at least 10 minutes at the counter (with a young child) When the lady approached me I asked if I should just get in my car and go through the drive thru? She immediately went on defense and stated DONT YOU SEE THERE IS ONLY TWO OF US! DRIVE THRU WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME!! You’re staffing issue is not my problem and no I did not walk through the place to count how many people are staffed. She asked for my patience, how about train your employees to do the same and let patrons know there will be a significant wait. I’m sure customers would appreciate that.
