Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

There is an extremely rude and lazy employee within this establishment. Right from the beginning of my first order, he was already giving a mean look like he doesn't want me to waste his time even though he took about 5 minutes to ask for my order. I ordered a brownie sundae, and before even checking for anything he immediately said "no brownies"... Few minutes past by, and I decided to order a lava cake sundae, the new product they were advertising. He looked at the small poster that I was pointing at and he immeadiately said "we no have that", again, he did not even try to look for ingredients to make it. He just stared at me with a mean and angrier look. So at this point I'm beginning to not feel welcomed by this employee, and that he does not want to serve any orders that require him to put in a bit of effort. I decided to confirm my suspicions by ordering something that had its ingredients in plain sight. So I saw there were stacks of bananas on the back and front counters, about 20 bananas total. I ordered a banana split and this guy doesn't even turn around to look, and just nodded his head and said "no" to me... There was absolutely no excuse not to take my order. He is an employee of this establishment and was rude right from the beginning. I decided to just not order anything and said I don't want anything then, avoiding a scene because my patience was wearing thing... As I left he gave me this angry look like I completely wasted his time. I hope the managers of this establisment sees this post that their employees are disciplined enough to serve...

My experience usually is Avery good one because they know me and what I want there are some times when I will send someone else to get my coffee and those are the times when the coffee either isn't as I like it i.e my husband said cream n sugar but there was no cream n another time the same but also the frozen coffee was so strong it had enough coffee for 2 med sized frozen coffees I sent my husband back knowing they will use the same coffee to fix it that's what usually almost always happens and I don't really mind if it tastes good in the end but it was still very strong and I like it a little on the strong side so to bother me it was like a triple espresso was added in it,so if someone else gets me coffee I cross 🤞🏻 my fingers if I go well I see n taste it so I get it as I like it, I think I...
